I have previously had bad ear pain on flights and saw these and thought I'd try them. I have used other alpine earplugs that I found difficult to insert but these came with a tool to use to insert. Even though I have reduced dexterity in both hands I was able to insert them no problem. A bit fiddly to get on to the tool. It doesn't block sound completely so I was still able to chat with fellow travellers. However it did make me talk quieter so others struggled to hear me! I had no ear pain the whole flight. Amazing! Very effective. Definitely recommend. The flight home I didn't quite get one to fit correctly so my ear did pop a bit but no real pain so still good. I'd recommend practicing before the flight to ensure a good fit. Easy to remove.

My daughter suffers incessantly with ear ache on flights and these were a god send. Easy to fit into the ear, comfortable to wear, you could still hear through them, and no problems with take off/landing which normally causes her extreme pain and discomfort that lasts a few days. I would definitely recommend. They were good quality, and came with a little case to keep them in and excellent value for money. Will be buying again for myself

A lifesaver! I have worn these earplugs for several flights, and I slept all the way from takeoffs to landings, having very little pain in my ears. They fit and stay in my ear even I sleep like a log. I am happy with the effect.

These were brilliant for me, I had always suffered with pain in my ear on taking off and landing. I wore the earplug the whole flight as they were comfortable, helped with the cabin pressure and the noise. No pain in my ears just a bit of popping.

I put these in before take off for a 7 1/2 hour flight to Dubai. I definitely felt that it was much better than previous flights there, though I kept holding them in firmly all during take off. However it wasn't without discomfort and my left ear was constantly popping very badly - it just didn't hurt. I could live with that. However it wasn't so good on the way back. I put them in just as we began descent, maybe I should have put them in earlier. It was ok to start with, but as we started to get down to around 20,000 feet I started to feel the pressure building in my left ear, I also started to get a splitting headache, more popping and then the thing I always dread, the pain down the neck in the eustacian tube. At that point I wondered if I would ever fly again, but maybe it's like having kids and you forget in time...Anyhow I will say that as bad as it was, it still wasn't as bad as it has been in the past and I wouldn't attempt to fly without them if I do fly again!

I usually struggle with ear pressure while flying, or after a flight, but these ear plugs worked wonders—no discomfort at all. I also used them on a high-speed train in Italy, where the pressure in tunnels was intense and painful. As soon as I put them in, the relief was almost immediate. I trief it during 3 flights now and it did help a lot. No ear pain and the ear pressure was noticably less.

Ces bouchons d’oreilles n’empêchent pas les oreilles de se boucher mais elles permettent de ne pas avoir mal. Je n’ai plus le ressenti douloureux lié à la pression exercée sur les tympans. Je les ai utilisés dans le train, et ils m’ont satisfaite ! À voir maintenant en avion, où la pression dans les oreilles s’exerce plus longtemps (tout au long de la descente/atterrissage).

Ich fliege beruflich 2-3 mal im Jahr mit mehreren Zwischenstopps und habe oft Probleme mit dem Druckausgleich, besonders bei der Landung. Ich hatte mir vorher Stöpsel aus hartem Plastik gekauft, aber die fand ich extrem unangenehm und fast schon schmerzhaft im Ohr, deshalb habe ich mir jetzt diese hier gekauft, und konnte sie letzte Woche auf insg. 4 Flügen ausprobieren. Was soll ich sagen, ich finde sie super! Ich habe sie jeweils eingesetzt als der Pilot den Landeanflug angekündigt hat. - einfach einzusetzen, sitzen gut im Ohr - keine Probleme mit dem Druck - leichte Geräuschdämmung, ich konnte aber trotzdem meinen Film weitergucken und habe alle Ansagen verstanden - sehr angenehm im Ohr, nicht schmerzhaft - praktische Etui - leicht zu reinigen mit Seife und warmen Wasser Die Stöpsel werden mich ab jetzt immer beim Fliegen begleiten.
