Are these earplugs reusable and if so, how many flights do they last?

Reusable, I used them twice but then got rid as one went too far in and fortunately nurses, at the 2nd attempt, just got it out, with much difficulty, so would not recommend, for that reason

Can you wear just one?

Do these earplugs work still if you listen to music with over the ear style headphones?

The earplugs should still block the same amount of outside noise when worn underneath your headphones. Just make sure they still feel comfortable to you.

Can you use these for skydiving

You could. You might be better with the flyfit model as they hold back the air pressure change a little
