Will this memory fit my Dell Latitude E-6410?

Yes, it will.  I installed two of these in a Dell Latitude E-6410 Intel Core I7 M620 2.67GHz 64-bit dual core laptop and ran memtest86+ v5.31b to test the RAM modules.  The memory was identified as 2 x 4GiB Samsung M471B5273BH1-CF8 DDR3-1066 SODIMM (the manufacturer varies, as the Seller has noted).  The memory test executed 9 passes over 12+ hours with no errors detected.  The laptop was then booted with linux (3.18.7-200.fc21.x86_64 kernel) and no problems were observed.  This is good memory and I would buy it again.

Note that you need to use v5.31b of memtest86+ and not the earlier version which will repeatably reboot the computer 1-2 seconds into the memory test due to a code generation problem with the gcc compiler used to build it - v5.31b fixes this problem.  Interestingly, the earlier version of memtest86+ does not cause a reboot if only one RAM module is installed and both modules I received tested good with the earlier version, but installing both RAM modules causes the test to reboot the machine (memtest86+ runs as a bootable kernel) making it look like the memory is bad, which is not the case.

I have a imac late 2009 that uses 1066mhz ddr3 sdram 204 pin. says i can upgrade to 16gig 4slots of 4. would these work?
