Surely the last answer is wrong... If the item arrives defective then it would be returned immediately , not within two years. A two year guarantee should mean if it becomes defective within two years then your consumer rights would take over?

Does this have double insulation?

I’m not certain but I suspect so. When full of boiling water it isn’t hot to touch, and the contents are still hot enough for tea & coffee five hours later.
