For me, it didn't matter. I needed to store some extra paint. I keep marbles in the jars for longer-term storage. Shaking the glass jars with the marbles inside helps to mix the paint up before opening the jars again for use. Because I don't want any color bleed, I stick with clear marbles. Overall, I was less concerned about accurate marble sizing, clarity, etc. And, these work fine for that.If I had bought these for decorative purposes, I'd have been disappointed. The sizing was fairly consistent with the batch I got. But, if you need nice looking marbles for vase fillers, a rock garden or crafting, these aren't very pretty. They're all cloudy with noticeable blemishes. The one I singled out (pictured) was one of the nicer ones I could find of the bunch. So, if you need marbles for display, you may want to look elsewhere.

I got these for my Sling Shot Ammo.... and this was a PERFECT chose... There is not a dog, cat, squirrel, or kid within 3 blocks that doesn't run as fast as they can when they see me and my super bad sling shot.... Thanks they work Great and they are consistent.....

I'm using these marbles as sound dampeners in my gutter downspout's box filters. Without anything in the filters the downpouring water makes a terrible noise, but these marbles disperse the falling water so the sound is barely noticeable.

Great marbles. Clear, round, exactly what I was needing for a project.Would definitely order again should the need arise.
