Good quality
This costume is really well made. Fits well and didn't have any issues with hat falling off a 12 year old. I'm sure you could clip it on with clips if it did pop off your head. It got lots of laughs.

Good for cheap fancy dress
Bought for a Hen Party, was rather large and hat quite hard to fit on

Great costume
I bought this for our yearly food bank parades. The fabric is good quality, The person who wore this costume said it’s easy to wear but we had to add ribbon to the hat incase of a windy parade day. The crowd love it :-)
