Patriot Memory Viper V770 Pro Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Full RGB/Dedicated Media Controls/Macro Enabled, Viper Black and Silver(PV770MRUMXGM) -US LAYOUT-

I'd never owned a mechanical keyboard and I've had an aversion to tacky RGB but this model is simply alluring ! The overall layout is tidy, with neat font lettered keys and a smart-looking yet comfortable magnetic wrist-rest. Then there's the extras :- the RGB control keys that negate the need to constantly access software , the rubber anti-slip pads underneath the sturdy feet extenders , the programmable macro keys , the USB and headphone socket pass-throughs, the stylish aluminium frame incorporating RGB side-strips , the volume, mute and fast-forward/rewind/playback roller and rocker switches, the inclusion of a pullout phone-rest , double headphone jack and a key remover device. All this for £80 - making it a no-brain bargain - yet the best bits are still to applaud :- The quality, the feel, the sensitivity and sound of the key stroke action - oh & then there's the RGB - which is quite simply wow ! Admittedly it's taken some getting used to compared to previous keyboards. Key taps are more responsive to clumsiness on my part yet I feel impelled to overcome and retrain my physical shortcomings as this is such a glorious machine which exudes high-quality and I intend to make it work for me for a long time.

He tenido dos teclado mecánicos antes que este de mas de 60€ y puedo decir que: · Este es un teclado robusto, tiene un buen tamaño debido a sus 5 teclas extras para macros. No es un problema si vas bien de espacio (serán unos 2cm mas que uno estándar). · Es también un teclado pesado, pero ideal para que se mantenga en su posición. Para mi eso es un pro. · Lucecitas. No soy fan de que cambien los colores ni de tener un arcoíris por teclado, pero si encuentras un color tenue de tu agrado se ve c*jonudo. Tiene muchos tipos de iluminación e intensidades. · Los botones superiores para controlar los reproductores viene genial. Pausas, avanzas, retrocedes, subes el volumen.. · El reposamuñecas se puede quitar, pero una vez lo usas se vuelta indispensable. Gran comodidad. · El software propio es fácil de usar para las macros. · La calidad del tacto de los switches no ha cambiado en casi dos años. - Como pega, es un teclado internacional, no tiene la tecla "Ñ". Aun que la tecla que esta en su lugar, si escribe la "Ñ" al pulsarla. También los símbolos "( )" están movidos una posición. Pero son minucias que uno afectan en su uso diario. Yo lo recomiendo y lo volvería a comprar.

One of my favorite keyboards I ever owned; excellent build quality and superb feeling to type on. Macro buttons are nice to have, media controls feel satisfying. Great keyboard.

Ottimo prodotto per qualità/prezzo, ho avuto modo negli anni di testare diversi componenti e periferiche (assemblando diversi computer) e devo dire che non ho mai avuto problemi con questo. Estetica e funzioni davvero avanzate, funzionali e affidabili. Componentistica ottima.

The Patriot Viper V770 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is a very nice keyboard for someone like me who is not a gamer. I type a lot on my computer, and there are a few things I need to repeatedly type over and over again. So, I need the ability to set up some macros for those repeated combinations. My previous keyboard, an old Logitech G15, served me quite well until I upgraded to Windows 11. Then, that G15 keyboard was no longer reliable. It would randomly repeat keystrokes, and also randomly leave out keystrokes. And this was happening at least once a minute while typing. Maddening! Made the G15 unusable with my Windows 11 system. After much research, I decided to take a chance on the Patriot Viper V770, even though it was a bit more money than I wanted to spend on a keyboard. I chose the V770 because it had good reviews and the ability to do macros. I'm still getting used to it, but I've had it long enough now to know that it's what I was looking for. I'm an old dog, and learning the macro setup was not super easy for me. But I was able to muddle through it. It works great. For the gamers out there, I can only tell you that the keyboard is solid, and the lights are really cool! I would guess that if I was a gamer, I would really enjoy this keyboard's advanced capabilities. But for the non-gamers, this is a really good keyboard that will enable you to do repeated keystrokes combinations as well as use it for everyday non-exciting computer work. Recommended!
