These could be the 'missing link' I needed
I really think this is working. I'm an older man (72) and I saw a YT video recommending that older men working out need at least 3gm of Lucine within 2 hours before or after working out for the cells to be receptive for creating new muscle. I'd been working out hard with a trainer for months and hadn't really seen any substantial mucle growth. Well, I'm reordering today because in the last month I've sensed a definite improvement in my results. Here's the dosage I take it. The video said men my age need 3 to 5 grams of Lucine. So on the days I workout (M-W-F) I take 6 capsules 2 hours before I meet with my trainer. Why so many?? (One Thousand Milligrams = 1 Gram = 2 Capsules). 4 Capsules = 2 Grams. Since I need 3 Grams I need to take 6 capsules. They're not hard to swallow and I'm glad I found these. It could just be the missing link in my workout routine.
