Each capsule is 500 mg. I like vegan cooking, and don't like the idea of capsules or tablets in my tummy, so I pour the powder into dishes that I cook and add strong flavors since raw amino acids have an awful, bitter taste. I've been doing this strategy for over a year and I'm totally used to it. I have noticed that vitamins, minerals and balanced amino acids (protein) at over 90 g per day totally cuts my appetite to less than 2000 calories, which I'm happy about because I'm working towards healthy BMI.

This medicine worked good to release my headache pressure. I am hardly to explain but I love this.

I really think this is working. I'm an older man (72) and I saw a YT video recommending that older men working out need at least 3gm of Lucine within 2 hours before or after working out for the cells to be receptive for creating new muscle. I'd been working out hard with a trainer for months and hadn't really seen any substantial mucle growth. Well, I'm reordering today because in the last month I've sensed a definite improvement in my results.Here's the dosage I take it. The video said men my age need 3 to 5 grams of Lucine. So on the days I workout (M-W-F) I take 6 capsules 2 hours before I meet with my trainer. Why so many?? (One Thousand Milligrams = 1 Gram = 2 Capsules). 4 Capsules = 2 Grams. Since I need 3 Grams I need to take 6 capsules.They're not hard to swallow and I'm glad I found these. It could just be the missing link in my workout routine.

Works good, but takes effort to dissolve it in my tea.,excellent value.

Like the product but I have had several bottles that were short by one capsule. One more bottle like this and I will no longer purchase this brand.
