this flask is *so* beautiful and the packaging was so lovely that i don't want to give it any less than 5 stars, but in reality it's probably 3.5 stars?i have had mine for a fair few months, and i do use it very often. while it really is a gorgeous vessel, the things i've found are: the coating on the lid came off very quickly (not the end of the world as it's just back underneath), there was no sleeve so i wouldn't really chuck it in a handbag and take it out with me, both ends do leak but sometimes it's not as bad as others - it always leaks a bit. but usually it's only a little bit leaky so i don't mind too much, although a few times tea has leaked out the bottom all over my journal.i would buy a new top & bottom if they were sold separately, to see if it fixed the leaking problem and also make the top pretty again?

Absolulety stunning design all around, but it doesn't keep tea hot as long as other products I've used -- not a major issue, but if your biggest need is something that keeps tea hot for several hours, this isn't the product for you. The strainer has quite rough edges that cut me the first time I used it. You also have to stand it upside down otherwise it'll wobble all over the place.Still, I have no regrets. This would make an incredible gift for any tea enthusiast, and it's extremely handy when you need to prepare loose leaf tea quickly. Even when (rarely) not in use, it looks gorgeous as an ornament!

This tea tumbler is just what I was looking for. It was delivered quicker than expected and I wasn’t disappointed when it arrived. It was very safely packaged (see pictures) and arrived in a beautifully designed tube. Even though I had ordered it for myself, opening it felt like I had received a really high quality gift.I have used the tumbler for hot loose leaf tea and it also works just as well for a cold refreshing drink to have throughout the day. It’s a nice size and shape to hold, big enough for the drink to last you a while, whist being small enough to take out and about with you. I’ve found that due to the double walled design, even a very hot drink is fine to hold and it also keeps the drink nice and warm.Would make an ideal gift if you wanted to really spoil someone without breaking the bank.

So impressed with this. I ordered one to use at work as I’ve started drinking loose leaf tea. When it arrived you could tell the quality straight away. The packaging is amazing. You feel as though you’re opening an expensive gift. Some nice touches and details in the strainer too. It comes with a strainer and infuser basket so you can put the ingredients in the bottle or the basket depending on what you prefer. The bottle is insulated well so even with boiling water added it is fine to pick up and hold. I was so impressed I ordered my wife the other version as a present. She loves it too. Delivery was prompt and again the packaging was great, no chance of it being damaged on the way.Nice to see a company going the extra mile. Would recommend it and will be buying more as gifts.

I love it so much, I mainly use it for making loose leaf teas but if needed you can easily make fruit infused water. It’s so gorgeous and stylish, and keeps me warm when it’s cold in the office. Sadly doesn’t keep the warmth for long maybe 2 hours max and obviously is due to being made out of glass.The tea infuser is amazing(metal bit), I love go easy it is to clean it and that it doesn’t let any pesky leafs into the tea itself! Love love love it, recommend to everyone

I bought these as a pair for my husband and I for an anniversary present. Im so chuffed with them as they are a really quality product. Alot of the time these days on amazon you can buy some poor quality tat... but this tumbler is amazing! It works really well and all the working parts are slick including the packaging. The packaging is so tasteful and thoughtful. Almost a gift in itself! We will continue to buy these as they would make fantastic gifts for weddings but also individually as gifts too for birthdays and xmas etc. The attention to detail is so lovely. Inside the box there are special cards with heartwarming words printed on them in shiny stylish text. Really excellent value for money thank you!

Very happy with the items they are beautifully packaged and would make lovely gifts..however I am a little dissaointed as the sacred glass tumbler is supposed to allow you to connect the infused to the bottom however I have tried and tried and it does not fit...whixh was the main selling point for me and now I will have to use it like I use the other one..so not very happySo having written my first review decided to go back and try again...people the handle inside the strainer comes off and this is how you get to use it as an infuser..have now managed to attach the infused to the bottom of my sacred glass tumbler and so I am very very happy

I was very excited when receiving this glass tumbler with infuser today. It is really beautifully made but upon first inspection, I have discovered the tea strainer part was poorly finished... I was trying to take all the components apart to clean before use and have cut my finger tip when handling the metal tea strainer. One area on the top edge rim has a non visible but very sharp nick, and when inspecting further, there is another area with a visible fibre of metal sticking out of the side of the rim like a thorn on a rose stem. I am going to file these two areas down myself and give this product a go as I still believe this will work for me. At the same time, I would like the company who manufactures this product to be aware of this issue and hope they can improve as I have been thinking of purchasing more as gifts for friends and family.
