Poor quality painted detail
Bought many of these for my Son and they have always been good quality. This particular ones painted details all ribbed off with light play.

My kid loves all Pixar cars. Sarge has a little scratch on his eye where the paint looks like it was damaged so we just fix his owie. If this were a collectors item I would have been more bummed about the condition but Sarge is currently sitting at the bottom of a water table so I think it's ok. Shipping was fast and overall, I think the scratch is likely a one off, but I'll still very please with the car.
