Is the wing longer than the gap to seal distance? In other words, does the wing longer than 28mm?

if you mean the longest seal that goes inside bath, it is about 31mm in length

Can this be product be used with 4 door folding shower door?

No, the folding shower would not fold correctly if the seal was in-situ.

Can you cut this with scissors or do you need a blade ?

I believe that you can cut using both scissors or a blade. I cut mine with a blade then trimmed using a sharp pair of scissors.

The gap between the bath & screen is approx 22mm. What size will I need.

Hi there. This Seal would be fine, the gap at the bottom of my screen is 19mm, Tip a very small amount of washing up liquid on the bottom of the screen would make the job a lot easier , ( I mean a small amount).
