How many ounces are the Square ones?

Almost 4 ounces in the Ice Cube Molds, square molds six cubes cubes at 2 inches each.

an I pile the trays one on top of the other in the freezer in the process of making?Does the top seal tightly so that there is no possible leakage?

The lid is made to seal tightly. They are fully stackable. Best silicone ice cube trays I have ever used.

Do the lids stay on tightly?

The lid does attach on, it won’t fall off too easily , however you definitely could not flip it upside down. Stays on reasonably well but does not create any sort of secure seal, more of a splash guard.
