It is believed to increase metabolism, promote fat loss and improve lean muscle body composition.The product comprises 120 soft gel capsules each containing 1000mg of CLA. The capsules are packaged within a narrow white plastic bottle with a press close cap. The capsules are oval shaped and quite large in size. Their large size could make the soft gels a little difficult to swallow. Personally, I didn't have any problems swallowing them.The product is very reasonably priced (approximately 7p per capsule) making it affordable to take on a regular basis. The subscribe and save option gives further savings and is very convenient.I was recommended CLA to help improve healing after a knee injury. I found that the capsules worked for me and really helped my recovery.
