Facial Reflexology: A Self-Care Manual Paperback – Illustrated, 19 Dec. 2005

I have been searching for a book with a different approach from the Sorensen facial reflexology which seems to have become primary focussed on pampering rich ladies. As a reflexologist my interest is developing new ideas and techniques in order to help as many people as possible. This vietnamist method is very big in Cuba, a country so affected by economic sanctions that it had no other choice that to developed in complementary therapies. Very easy to read and to follow instructions.

Brilliant and very detailed. Easy to follow and is structured in a a very simple way. The explanations are thorough and I love that the author has listed many ailments that can be worked on through the facial points. Absolute brilliant value for money, the author knows her stuff and I trust her knowledge here. This book is relevant for budding practitioners, professionals and those who want to learn as an amateur interest. I highly recommend!!

This book is all I expected and more!! I it very well detailed and very clear! I am a reflexologist and I give facial reflexology to my clients, this book is very valuable! It has a guide for lots of different situations and conditions, which is amazing!
