This product is a metre of cut elastic so the ends are frayed although they didn't get worse. I wanted to have it under but right up to my knee but I did find it slipped down a little bit at times. I have realised from that I need something more substantial for the job I want to do however this was good value delivered to the door and it will fit as it says large knees.
