Looks amazing and the cake slides righ out if you batter the pan properly. Easy cleaning too. Tip: Do not use regular cooking oil to "butter" the pan, it will create cticky film you will never get rid off.

This is the first bundt tin I've owned and I was a bit worried about spending so much but it was worth it. It's absolutely amazing and I will be using this alot. I'm trying not to buy more. Phenomenal!!!!!!

Definitely a hypnotic shape, this tin produces a really detailed shaped cake, and looks awesome on the table filled with fruit and cream. As with the others in the range, its heavy build produces great cakes evenly cookers, due to its somewhat unique shape (all tins in the bundt range have a hollow centre) and it will look great wall mounted as part of the collection I'm sure you'll create!

Adore these tins, already had the 6" 9" and 12" and wanted this size for a wedding cake I was making. Turns out beautiful cakes everytime and washes up like a dream

We love Nordic Bundt Cake Pan

The Nordic Ware Blossom Bundt Cake Mold produces a very attractive and large cake. The pan is 'heavy' (heavy cast aluminium) and so heat is transferred equally throughout the pan with no hot spots. It is one of the bigger Nordic Ware Bundt molds (10 USA cups) which makes it perfect for a larger party so you may need to mix up a double batch of batter. Nordic Ware's heavy cast aluminium cake molds produce perfect and attractive cakes each time - no guessing needed! I found this bundt mold easy to wash up. As with all molds (non-stick or not), I always grease and flour molds lightly (especially intricately patterned ones) before pouring in the cake mix so that the cake releases super-easily. These molds do cost a little more than a run-of-the-mill, supermarket cake pan but Nordic Ware's Heavy Cast Aluminium molds are of solid quality and will last you a lifetime if looked after. I recommend the Nordic Ware Blossom Bundt - such a pretty cake!

Zugegeben, ich war schon skeptisch als ich diese Backform bestellte; war gespannt darauf, ob sie wirklich so massiv von der Verarbeitung her sein würde, wie versprochen. Und vor allem, ob sich der gebackene Kuchen leicht aus der Form würde lösen lassen. Vorab sollte ich jedoch erwähnen, dass ich kein Fettspray benutze, sondern die Form, ganz "old school" mit Margarine oder Butter einfette und etwas Paniermehl daraufgebe, bevor ich den Teig einfülle. Nach dem Backen habe ich ca. eine halbe Stunde gewartet bis zum "Stürzen" und siehe da, der Kuchen glitt problemlos und schnell aus der Form. Auch die ungewöhnliche Optik der Form, wurde 1:1 beim Backen übernommen und so schaut jeder Gugelhupf nun aus, wie ein kleines Kunstwerk. Die Form ist dazu, was ich einfach klasse finde, sehr massiv und nicht so dünn. Ich würde sie immer weiterempfehlen!

Very pretty pan and easy to use. I bake with "Gula Melaka" (brown palm sugar topping) for the traditional flavour using a bundt pan for a twist - my first try and popped it comes out easily on bake. I greased the pan well with butter using brush. So easy to achieve very pretty and sharp designs. Easy to use and I am glad I bought all the 19 designs I desired in 1.5 months ... till date very happy with all my bakes. I soaked 30min and washed with mild detergent using a towel cloth after each bake. A happy customer from Singapore 🇸🇬
