A real good product.
Purchased this item from Amazon at a really great price .This builtin oven is a great choice battered fish comes out very crispy unlike my old one .All this hype about Air fryers and saving electric this oven is quick and the food cooks quickly and with great results .I'm very impressed and would recommend to anyone who needs a new oven to at least try and get the perfect results I've got. Its not got all the modern ideas off a expensive oven BUT it really is very very good for what you pay and you certainly get a very good quality oven.Steve Fiander

Nice oven, looks fantastic and good quality.
I am quite happy with this oven, although there are some points of dislike.I am not a fan of the double grip wire handle for removing the trays in anyway, it might be handy if you have larger heavy things in there like a full chicken or something, however if you are just doing light things, it feels more awkward to use two hands. Fortunately I do have a spare from an old oven in a relatively similar style with a single handle which I will use 99 times in a hundred most likely. There are two wire racks and one non drip with a wire in it, they all fit well are heavy and good quality. The whole oven infact is very high quality in my opinion. My other issue with it is the lack of accurate readings on the temperature guage, it goes in 50's al the way to 250 in blocks of fify with no markings for inbetween temperatures, It's easy enough to guess but, more markings would have been nice.I am not sure if cooking without the fan has any benefits over cooking with the fan, but you don't have the option to test, which may annoy some people. The brushed steel finish is stylish, clean and well done. Handy for storing a few spare magnetic things if you want to also, which I find comes in handy.

A terrific oven but with an expensive feature…
This oven is well worth the money, it’s simple to install and it does everything you’d expect from a more expensive appliance. The only feature I am now wary of using is the ‘eco cooking’ setting - I’ve used it three times and each time it has sent the smart meter into overdrive (it appears to cost three times as much to cook a meal in this setting). However, it’s not exactly much of a disadvantage because the regular settings are efficient.

Great oven and exactly what we expected
I am SO happy with this oven!! It’s perfect. Make sure you check your measurements properly as the top front part sticks out a little bit and didn’t fit exactly into our unit at first. But apart from that it’s perfect! Amazing value for money. So quick to heat up. It’s so quiet that I have to keep checking it’s actually on. I love that you can see what you’re cooking clearly through the window. Fan oven temperature seems very precise. The only negative is there is no timer but we did know this- there is a slightly more expensive version with timer. The design looks quite plain which I like as it blends in to any kitchen. It’s larger inside than I realised. Also love the trays that come with it. As previously mentioned the trays seem stiff to start with but they do loosen up

Good looking built in at a good price
Didn't want all the electronic bits that went wrong on our previous oven just a stylish oven that functions well. This fitted the bill at a very reasonable price.

Buy with confidence
I have had this oven for approximately one month now and it is absolutely amazing. I am so happy with it. The price was reasonable and worth it. It was easy to install and I am absolutely delighted with it. No negative issue to report.

It works well but...
As our last oven finally gave up on is, this was a good replacement. Russell Hobbs are a good brand and I wouldn't even touch Indisit or Hotpoint. I just wish it had a timer on it(whoops)and some more specific temperature markings on the controls...it can be a little difficult to work out. But all in all easy to wire up and cooks the food consistently throughout! A good machine

Dangerous!
Beware: when putting a hot casserole dish back into oven the wire shelves gave way and all crashed to bottom of oven. Very dangerous!!!Manufacturing fault with expansion of oven when hot. This has been an ongoing problem with this model - didn’t realise until I looked through previous reviews after the event but still not sorted. Complained to Russell Hobbs and Amazon. Luckily no one was hurt. This oven should be recalled. The incident could have been so much worse. The return and re delivery of a different oven was a faff with Amazon as both could not be coordinated and guaranteed on same day. Having already taken an unpaid day from work I bought new oven from AO.However, Amazon Customer Service were helpful, polite and understanding although had to explain the issue to 3 separate agents on 3 separate occasions as nothing was recorded from previous phone calls.
