I cannot remember if I have reviewed this before because I have taken it for about 4 years very happily. The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway.My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good.My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex.100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff. The soil is just too nutrient depleted these days and even eating meat the animals don't contain the nutrients they once did.

definitely works, tablets are massive but worth to buy it/ take it.this thing makes me energetic and immune to bacteria. It has a little too little of D3+K2 ( so supplementing the proper form in MCT oil) and no magnesium ( having it separately as 4 in1) but oh well, very little Zinc or selenium for my needs ( better little then none, rest can be added via diet) but defo works .it has strong smell of riboflavin i think and yellow in colour. Little acidic taste but you should swallow it and not taste it.my body improved after 3 months of usage.

Far more comprehensive than other offerings. The only similar competitor I could find is the Pure Encapsulations product which is somewhat more expensive. I have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and take sodium valproate for that, plus I use levothyroxine and tadalafil daily as well. Have had no bad interactions at all having used this for several months, the ones reported on here seem to be isolated. For that reason, I consider it pretty safe.There are some things missing from this product that I'd like - no acetyl l'carnitine, taurine or magnesium, for example. Copper is missing too, and it's generally accepted that's supposed to be used if supplementing iron. So this doesn't cover off everything for me, but gets most of the way there.Also, the amount of chromium is a little questionable in it, from what I've read it's associated with insulin regulation but that's debatable. That actually put me off taking it daily, also because the acetyl l'carnitine supplement I use has some added in that as well.Having come back from a break of a month and a half when I didn't supplement, but otherwise maintained my other parameters, I've definitely notice a definite difference in energy levels and vitality when returning supplementing. Whether it is these or the extra bits I add on as extras, or a combination of all, I can't know, but I'm satisfied enough to keep taking them.

I can honestly say this is one of the best multivitamins I’ve ever used. I stopped taking it for a while and immediately noticed the difference my joints started aching, and my sleep became really poor. The moment I went back on it, everything changed again. My joints felt so much better, the pain reduced, and my sleep improved noticeably. It’s like my whole body settled back into balance.This supplement really does what it promises. I won’t be stopping it again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic combination of vitamins, better than many other "multivitamins" with intense satisfaction of a variety of daily vitamins. Definitely worth it for clearing brain fog, faster wound treatment, and healthy bodily functions. In my experience, it makes it easier to focus in work/study, to exercise, and to diet healthily.One interesting side effect is neon urine due to high Vitamin B2. According to my doctor, this is not a bad thing as it simply means I'm getting plenty of B2.

If the only problem with this awful product was the pill being uncomfortably oversized, that would be forgivable, assuming it actually makes a positive difference to ones health. Unfortunately I will never know if it could improve my health at all, because it is too vile to keep taking.It smells and tastes utterly and unforgivably awful. It will be the one thing you dread every morning, and opening the bottle will make you gag.No. No. No.Don't waste your money on this.

Not the first time I bought these, been consuming this for a couple of years now, still works for me.

I was taking like 5 different vitamins but after getting this one it’s the only one , has most vitamins I really need for my 50s

I am a 71 year old female disabled veteran (my husband is also a disabled veteran) and we both have to take a slew of vitamins ranging from multivitamins, calcium, boron, lutein (my father had macular degeneration so this is important to me), coq 10/ubinquinol, K2-7 etc. My husband doesn't like to take pills but will do so on time. Me...i hate it so (shame on me) sometimes skip taking them. I happened to see a commercial on live British tv (i see this on Roku) and was excited about vitamins rolled into one. Started looking on the internet for something similar. Nothing. Closes i could find was a place claiming to have all vitamins needs at one time BUT when you looked into it they had all the vitamins.but..it was a packed of about 7 or 8 pills/capsules. So I contacted Inessa and asked if they would ship to the U.S. The wrote back and said no...they couldn't then but they were working on being able to ship to the States. YAH!!!! I watched over quite a few months as I knew it wasn't easy to set something up like that...and then it finally came to fruition!! They are here !!! The photos are of my current multivitamin next to the yellowish colored Inessa. The Inessa is a tad larger but not by much and it is not difficult to take. I have taken other multivitamins larger so this is fine for me. The other photo is what I would have taken (on the bottom) if I now did not take Inessa. On that same phot you see the Inessa and a calcium tablet. I will take the extra calcium because of my age. If you are younger you won't have to do that. Also for those that "might" think these pills are expensive..they are not If you have ever priced great vitamins they are more expensive than these BUT we get to take into account I know longer have to purchase the very expensive COq 10, K2, Lutein, Boron etc. AND this bottle is a one a day and with 60 tablets it is a 2 months supply. So thrilled I can go to Inessa and not take that handful of pills. It is a game changer and a life changer for both my husband and myself. I always asked why someone couldn't do this....Inessa has...!!PS now 1/24/19 and still have nothing but the highest praise. My husband is thrilled to take one pill rather than so many he was taking. He said even though the pill was a teeney bit larger than the other multivitamin it is easy to swallow and that has always been a huge complaint with him. He as I am, thrilled that it is ONE pill as the full dosage and that this one bottle is a 2 month supply. The savings on money is astronomical since those taking COq10, and others know how expensive they all are. Thanks Inessa!
