I love these whitening strips! Overall i give a 5 because I LOVE the Guru Nanda brand.Pros and cons:1) the strips are not super long in width. They do not go far back at all show mostly all of my Back teeth, and my top back teeth are not covered with the strips. I might end up using four strips in one sitting because I do want all of my teeth to be the same shade. (The black lines in the pictures show where the strips stop at for me)2) I do love the stickiness of the strips. You don't get that nasty slimy feeling like normal whitening strips. They are definitely easy to keep on for the time recommended without bothering your mouth at all.3) the strips are very thick and you can tell it is doing the work while you have them on!

This is after only one use. The moment they arrived in the mail today, I used 1 of the 2 “express” strips that came along with the other 12 “professional” strips. I followed the directions exactly. I’m truly shocked at the effectiveness after just this one use. I’m writing this review about 12 hours later now, and the effects appear to be lasting so far. The sensitivity is minimal, if any at all. I’m glad I decided to try these first, at a fraction of the cost of the big name brands. I intended on spending the high price for those fancy brands, but I came across these first, and I hesitantly decided to try them and save myself some $. I’m so glad I did.

I bought these GuruNanda Teeth Whitening Strips for my daughter, and we were both impressed with how well they worked. After the 7-day treatment, her teeth looked noticeably brighter, and she felt more confident with her smile. The non-slip, dry strip technology really did stay in place, which made it easy for her to use them without any mess or discomfort.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the strips were a bit tricky to remove at times, and they left a slightly sticky residue that needed brushing off afterward. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.Overall, they’re a great option for quick, affordable whitening at home without sensitivity. We’d definitely buy them again!

I think my side-by-side pic speaks for itself! The before was taken last month. In both pics, I had freshly brushed teeth and hadn’t eaten anything before these pics—although on the Day 5 pic, I had eaten pizza before I brushed my teeth since I was meeting a friend. Both pics were taken on the same camera with flash in similarly lit rooms. And yet there’s a noticeable difference!I’m currently on Day 7. It’s hard for me to discern the level of whiteness my teeth are at using the comparison card they give you, but I think I’ve definitely managed to whiten my teeth by two or three levels. When I look in the mirror, I think I can see a change, but the level of whiteness fluctuates based on the lighting I’m in.Regarding any sensitivity and whatnot, I haven’t noticed any! I’ve steered clear of coffee and other sugary beverages as well as candies so this might be helping. I do admit I have had fillings and whatnot, but I don’t believe these are on any teeth that can be seen when I smile and thus are not touched by the strip upon application.I only use these strips at night before bed. I use the Professional Strips for ~1 hour and the Express Strips 30-45 minutes. I brush 30 minutes before, dry my teeth, apply the strips for the appropriate duration, and then I do a quick water rinse to get rid of the excess gel stuff left behind on my teeth after peeling. You’ll see white spots left behind, but they do go away!I don’t think you’ll achieve the pure white look without professional help, but I think you can certainly get a few shades whiter!

I have tried so many different whitening strips. Even the kit with the solar light didn’t whiten my teeth as well as ONE SINGLE USE of these strips. They are AMAZING!!! I did the full 60 minutes and I am in love! Feel like I’ll only need one or two more strips to get to the color I want. Definitely get these, they are awesome.

There was noticeable whitening after the first and second applications. After that the whitening was much more gradual. Overall, the whitening achieved was okay, but certainly not great. Teeth that started out more discolored than others did improve somewhat, but still remain more discolored. The biggest problem with these strips is the size, but most especially for the bottom strip. These strips need to be stretched out in order to cover enough teeth. This is not much of a problem with the upper strip. However, it is very big problem with the much smaller lower strip. It is hard to grip and then to pull on the ends of the lower strip with sufficient force to get it to stretch out enough to cover most of the visible teeth. If you apply too much force, in an attempt to get a sufficient stretch, a piece of the strip is likely to break off. Also, compared to the larger upper strip, it is more difficult to maneuver the smaller stretched lower strip into place and to get it to adhere well. The bottom strip definitely needs to considerably longer. It would also help if both strips were wider. This is because the strips obviously thin out when stretched and, for some teeth, it is difficult to get adequate coverage in the direction of the width of the strip.

These are the only whitening strips I’ll use! I repurchase them every two weeks because they consistently make my teeth vibrant and white, removing all stains. They don’t cause any sensitivity, which is a huge plus, and they’re easy to apply and stay perfectly in place during treatment. Highly recommend!

These stick really good. They don’t move around or get all nasty in your mouth. I haven’t seen too much change after the second use except some white spots. Going to do the full treatment then I’ll update.Update: day 3-4 they look a lot whiter. No sensitivity. They stay on well. I’ll keep using them.
