This battery fits the New Sony PSP Slim & Lite Console perfectly. Once fitted you won't have problem with the battery cover unlike the Original PSP Battery Pack.

Waste of time for long term use
These cheap batteries are never worth it. They never last as long as their quotes. But with such cheap prices, they can be bought as a backup and chucked without much thought. My two from last year don't hold charge correctly even when removed from the psp and left with charge still in them. So don't expect these style of batteries to replace your official battery or even last as long.

Well it works...
The only problem with this battery is that it really doesn't last as long as it is supposed to. On a full charge you can check on the menu and it will tell you the lifetime of the battery is 10h 30m at 99% not bad huh? This is an extreme exageration with batteryn life dropping to 40 % with 2 hours use. Eventually when the battery does die it will quote around 22% life with 1hr 40 mins left before a charge is neeeded, and seconds later, it's completely dead. Trust me an official battery is so much more reliable. 2 stars because it does charge very fast, but I don't really much experience with other batteries so don't know if that is expected.

not as good as it should be
inline with the other review - for a battery that is supposed to last twice as long as the original it only lasts half the time 2400mah my ar$e. more like 600mah!
