After unpackaging and limited use, I’m impressed! Despite being calibrated in the factory, I followed the product’s instructions exactly to recalibrate. It was simple.It’s fairly compact and a quick read, with performance (so far) equal to a much more expensive Cooper Atkins (now Emerson) professional model I use, albeit that one is far more versatile for various commercial kitchen applications.For the price, so far, this is a winner. Durability will be assessed over time, yet the 10 year warranty builds confidence.

Great! Husband requested a new thermometer for outdoor cooking. He uses all outdoor cooking gadgets that are available, charcoal grills, gas grills, smokers, Blackstone, etc.. He also deep fries, fish, and other foods. A good thermometer is essential for his outdoor cooking. He used this thermometer yesterday and he came back in the house and told me that it was “fantastic”. Yay, thank you for making my life easier!

This is the second Thermapro product I have purchased. I have been very pleased with both. The wireless unit gives info to the I phone then you can fine tune the temp on larger pieces of meat with this unit. It’s also great for like fish or chicken breasts on the grill. Temperature on this unit is almost instantaneous and correct.

I use this thermometer for everything I grill. Very fast and accurate. I had mine for almost 2 years when it suddenly failed during use. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a new unit in 3 days! No questions asked - they truly stand behind their products. Worth every dime, you won't be disappointed.

Tried to get this to work then realized that it came with a dead battery which was disappointing. Going to try out this weekend
