Will this work as a gaming headset with my PC- is the mic clear and free of background noise?

I don't recommend using this headphones as a gaming headset tho I'm satisfied with the product. The mic is not so good (in a gaming matter)... When I recieve a call, I have to speak very loudly for the other side to hear me, and sounds in the background should be pretty silent. Sound is perfect tho. Overall, it's a great product if you use it for listening to music at home or at a gym.

How many can you connect to the same television at the same time?

If you use Bluetooth just one as is normal , but with the wired option you could use a splitter and have more in use.

Will they work wireless with ps4?

I don't know if they would, they connect via bluetooth but they don't have a microphone so you wouldn't be able to speak to anyone... you can get a playstation compatible set on Amazon for about £17.
