it is steel and aluminium encapsulated base. Any further elaboration on this please? Is the aluminium on the outside or inside of the pan? Thanks

Hi, think of it like a sandwich, the aluminium is completely coated by stainless steel on both sides so it doesn't come into contact with the food or the cooking surface.

Induction- does this work on induction hob?

It says in the description that it suits all hobs.

No, it is not non stick. However, any food that gets stuck to the bottom comes off quite easily. It's a great pressure cooker.

What are the dimensions of the pot without handle please?
