Worth the expense as they are so much more comfortable to wear. Also they do a better job of holding the catheter in place. There is another version with two hook&loop straps that do a good job of holdinga leg back in place. The NHS straps are nothing like as good, but no doubt cheap. Come with a bag to wash them in plus very professional packaging and instructions.

Very well made and wide enough to be comfortable. My husband tends to pull his straps off and hide them, but he has left this one alone, so obviously it feels good. Very pleased with it, and it's good to have spares.

I have a new catheter every 12 weeks but I recently had an infection and had another catheter fitted but they forgot to put a strap around so I bought these from amazon. They are a lot easier than the ones the hospital fit on me but the length of the strap is three times longer that it needs to be. I've had to cut a lot of the strap off. Other than that they are very good.

I've used these instead of the thin ones provided by nurse. They hold really well and don't slip down. Comes with a hand wash bag too. Easy to wash and don't become less effective even after washing

I buy these for my Dad who has a catheter as he was always conscious of the top part on the thigh protruding, this wraps around his thigh and the tube is strapped and Velcro’d in place by the wee blue strap. Dad feels more confident out an about too. Doesn’t slip or dig into his skin either. Very comfortable in fact. And more affordable when you biy in packs of 5. They also wash very well without losing their elasticity.

I was given something digital by my district nurse to secure the tube of my catheter. I did a bit of research on Amazon and thankfully found these. They work perfectly are comfortable and wash well.

Good item however after a few washes the velcro for the catheter part comes off. Gets quite expensive when it's a need not a want!

This has been my main item for securing my night bag tube for the last 4 years. Adhesives irritate my skin, so I can't use a stat lock long term. These straps let me secure the tubing better than just using a stat lock. I use two straps; one where you would usually put a stat lock, the other down by my knee. That keeps everything in place and helps prevent the night bag tube from pulling out of the catheter. I haven't found anything that works better.
