It is NOT to safe
I bought recently this power wheelchair for my closest friend, and we find these problems:When the wheelchair is turn off, it just stops de power NOT de wheels, so I have to use the manual lock, this manual lock was not in the description of the product ("about this Item" of Amazon web page} and it's not in any photo or video of this wheelchair. When the rear wheels are locked the front wheels will slip and slide making very easy for the user to fall on the floor. Also, the slipping front wheels make it extremely difficult and dangerous to transfer from a stationary object such a bed or car seat to the wheelchair. At times, this unit will not cut-off completely. It shudders an hums. The electrical charging box is flimsy. The charging cables fall out very easily and create sparks. The reverse signal is loud and annoying. There should be some way of shutting it off when the chair is inside the house. The wheelchair was delivered to me without a packing slip or instruction manual. This leads me to suspect that it was returned to you before.I am disappointed with this product and I am returning it for a full refund.

Works great and very lightweight
I was a little hesitant at first because the chair looked too small but it ended up being perfect. The foot rest is a bit higher than other chairs but it works out well since your legs aren't glued do the cushion so they don't get tired. However, I probably don't recommend this chair if you're tall. The chair is very sturdy and I've never felt unsafe using it. The battery seems to last forever and I've only had to charge it once in 3 weeks. Folds up super easy and fits practically anywhere. The seller was very responsive and easy to work with. I can now go pretty much anywhere, thank you.

Too heavy for me !!!
One reason I bought this electric wheelchair was the advertised weight of 30lbs, however, its more like 36lbs6 pounds is a big differences for me because I only have one arm and my balance isn't to good. I suffered a stroke where my left side was paralyzed. Right now I use an extra light weigh manual wheelchair 18lbs but very difficult to propel myself around. That's the reason I need a electric wheelchair to increase my mobility around. I see a potential problem with this product The airlines will bash and damage the control unit easily. Years of traveling with my manual wheelchair the airlines bent my wheels broken the arm rest and dented the tubing. This electric wheelchair worked for me I went on a long trip while my wife walked our dog, ithe electric wheelchair performed well. I'm worried about the weight when I travel with the airlines.

Not heavy
I don't think is for a heavy person. Can be for 170 pounds, not 260. Can't ride in a grass area. We ihave to build a concrete side walk to get to the car. Is lite.

I can't give a zero rating. Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage. First unit quit working after less than 30 minutes use. Shipper sent a 2nd unit. Second unit quit working after about an hour of use. Both totally locked up and would not roll by being pushed. Batteries were fully charged before use. There was no packing material around the unit when it was shipped, and no instructions included. The 2nd box was totally beat up and held together by only one piece of tape. If I could give this item less than 1 star rating, I would.

The weight of the wheelchair
What I disliked is that it’s not as light as they said it’s too heavy for me to pick it up and put it in the trunk and my husband has to keep charging it. The leg rest is too high.

Watch out when going downhill for any small ditches, I ROLLED over front words
I can only move around a little bit so I use it to get around. I used it for 2 days at Disneyland and it made it around the park very well. You can actually cruise at a very fast walk my wife has trouble staying up with me. I used it all day long and never got to half charge. They say it will go about 20 miles on a full charge and I would believe that. If you are taller than 5'9'' it might be too small.
