Good product, but one important part not quality controlled
This chiller is a large capacity and easy to attach to the induction heater with proper parts. My biggest issue is that the one of the hose adapter with the compression cap wasn't together. The compression cap was outside the assembly making it unusable. I had to rig a solution using step down couplers and hose clamps, but I would rather have the hose adapter be assembled like the other one. I honestly hate to give a product one less star that works as described, but spending time and money Jerry-rigging the hose was annoying.

Wiring errors
UPDATE: I fixed the motor stall issue: the pump was jammed, not the capacitor. Not why it jammed, but the motor shaft would barely spin, so I un-bolted the pump - then the shaft began spinning freely, then re-bolted. Now runs as it should. I also corrected the OEM wiring error of the Line/Neutral swap. Lack of quality control. When I first received, checked the fuse: none installed. Opened up lid and found the fuse holder is not even wired! Was working fine for the first year or so - use it with an induction forge, and maybe only 10x. This week I went to use and got the same buzzing 'boyd ritter's' review video shows. I suspect the motor capacitor is bad, so I opened... The blue and brown leads were swapped at the switch - BROWN should be line voltage and BLUE should be neutral, so swapping them IS an issue. I am NOT sure if they landed the line and neutral lines correctly in the motor box and just connected wrong at the switch?? If they swapped at the switch, then the motor may have been running backwards and the capacitor biased wrong - my AC motor skills not strong. Will have to research and verify the motor wiring. Do not recommend.

👍
I have this unit connected to a 20kw induction heater. No leaks and keeps the machine cool, as it should. For the price this is a definite buy.

Hook up is very easy but instructions would help
I bought this with the induction forge. It is a very simple machine and not a big deal to hook up. But there are no clear instructions. I got a small red and blue hose that would fit the forge but not the cooler. And one long big lumen hose I summize that I needed to cut in half and use the extra adapter connectors to connect it. No big deal at all really but why no instructions. The manual stress all about the use of antifreeze. Ok but there was a tiny bit of green oily liquid in the tank. Antifreeze? US Solid answered my email quickly but said they didn't know. They said well it probably is antifreeze. And agreed with what I said about flushing the tank. But how do you flush the tank? So I just rinsed it a bit and filled it with distilled water and did a test run. Both units seem to be working. Now maybe I was overly concerned about a tiny amount of green liquid but who knows? I am grateful for the quick support I got from US Solid but I wish there was a better manual or official video on set-up and operation.

Junk at a high price
Where to start? As you can see in the video after 2 hours of use (this is not contestant use only 40 seconds at a time) the cooler does not cool the liquid. Two days in a roll. Trying to get help is a waste of time. I have already spent days trying to get service on the induction forge and that was a joke! Send pictures/ send more pictures! Send videos/send more videos! Nothing, no help what so ever. Add up the money that I wasted on buying these two items and the little time of use under 40 hours total if that. Stay away from US SOLID. They are not a U.S. company nor do they have a support office in Cleveland Ohio.

Does job
Does the job for an induction furnace. Fan is loud and always runs when on. For the intermittent use I do most of the time, it would be nice to not bother with the fan until the water gets at least a couple of degrees above ambient.

The pump and fan are very loud compared to others I’ve used. The unit does have good coolant flow and does what is supposed to do. Would be fine if you’re already half deaf from the trades or work in a loud shop anyway, not good if you want to do some peaceful DC TIG welding in a quiet shop. Price is right compared to name brand quiet alternatives.
