Have been struggling for a while to find a way of stopping flies getting into the flat. I bought quite an expensive magnetic fly screen a year or two ago - it wasn’t nice to look at, smelt weird due to anti bug chemicals on it and just wasn’t great. I wasn’t convinced this new fly curtain would be any better if at all and having read the reviews, was sure it was going to be flimsy, cheap looking and keep getting tangled up. I have been SO pleasantly surprised! It’s so easy to hang - it does mean unless I got a 2nd curtain, that I can’t close the curtains anymore but I’m not too fussed about that given it looks so nice. It hangs beautifully and is really calming to watch in any kind of breeze. The odd fly has got through but it’s done a significantly better job than the more expensive one! Hardly any flies since - the blowing strings seem to throw them right off. I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Realise it’s *just* a fly curtain but when you’ve trying to find a solution for years and anything that work just a little, just kills the vibe - the difference this curtain makes, is immense! Keep pinching myself that I’ve finally got a solution that looks so nice and is so calming! LOVE IT!!!!

I sent for one of these to see if it would work in a doorway for us. However, when it arrived not only did it work colourwise, but I really needed more to fill the doorway area, so I sent for more. I now have 3 of these hanging along the door and also the window to its side giving a complete colour look to the whole doorway area. They look good, are a great colour (champagne) to go with the rest of the decor and fill the area effectively. The beads arranged at various intervals and heights throughout the curtain length give it just enough weight to keep the strings hanging well and I have never yet had problems with any tangles, though that may change if it becomes really windy as this is a very windy spot!

Quite a good product for the money. Easy to install, I used a bamboo stick & hooks. Fitted the doorway beautifully. Lets in a good amount of light, quite pretty also when the sun hits it. Will update on the fly deterrent aspect. So far, so good 👍🏻 **UPDATE** AMAZING PRODUCT, since installing this fly guard there have been no flies in my kitchen! It is the height of the summer, prior to this purchase my kitchen was filled with flies. Problem solved 😁

My conclusion with these fly curtains is that they need to be dense and this model is a little too lightweight for what I require and although aesthetically pleasing a good old plastic hanging strip one doesnt always look the part works more effectively.

Very happy with curtains. Can't keep out 100% of flies but does keep out the majority, and looks nice too.

Easy to put up just need a pole - very light and bright keep flies out very well and my dogs can walk through them easily with confidence- I would recommend them 👍
