Follow up after first review, I contacted Aqua Pure to return it under my 1-year warranty and this is what I got: "Since your AquaPure was purchased through Amazon, we are unable to process a refund directly from our end. I recommend contacting Amazon's customer service for assistance with your request. They should be able to provide you with options for a resolution, as they handle all transactions made through their platform.” Neither company would stand by their promise!! I am very surprised by so many glowing reviews of this product. They say how much cleaner and fresher the produce is, how much better it tastes, how much dirt and bacteria the unit removes. I found absolutely no difference in appearance or taste. No dirt in the water like so many claimed. And if someone claims that it removed bacteria, that is simply not true. Remember, you can’t see bacteria so it is impossible to know if it removed any. Most of the positive reviews read like commercials or influencers selling the product. It feels more like a scam. They advertise a 1-year warrantee, but do not allow returns beyond 30 days. It’s been 42 days and Amazon won’t let me return it. And Amazon does not have a way to dispute the 30-day window. Whatever happened to the promised 1-year warrentee?

It worked well for 5 months and then it quit working. I could see and taste the difference in berries after using it. I’m trying to work with manufacturer to troubleshoot or get a replacement.

The idea is a good one but it’s not big enough for most of vegetable and fruits. Small fruits, strawberry and blueberry will be ok.

I'm not sure if this device does what is claimed - removal of pesticides and killing some bacteria or virus. Some tiny bubbles emanate during operation, but they dissipate quickly. I have used it on fruits and vegetables and will continue to do so, but since I have no way to determine if there are contaminants on the items, or if they are neutralized afterward I am using it on faith and hope.

After just a few weeks of use, with proper maintenance, the battery on this no longer works. It can do a single cycle before dying, 2 cycles are recommended to remove all pesticides, and a full charge should allow 30 uses before recharging. Reached out to the manufacturer for assistance as the included instructions indicate a 90 day warranty and was informed only the 30 day Amazon return window applies. This could be a great product, but needs to work as described. We did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews to choose this brand and are so disappointed that it didn’t last at all.

Experimented with this device taste was better with the fruit not using this device Our fruit was already cleaned from the grocery store so Im not really sure what i was expecting other than taste

I highly recommend this plus i had to deal with the manufacturer and they were superb!

we love this product but it has become increasingly difficult to charge. The magnetic charging part sticks to it but it doesn’t charge properly. We have to wiggle it around or turn it on it’s side before it starts to charge. I am expecting it to no charge at all soon. When we first bought it, it charged with no problems. What to do? It’s past the return date.

First time the item worked: bubbles coming out and effectively cleaning. Second time: no bubbles at all. Twisted and tightened the electrolytes as said on instructions but nothing changing. Returning the product and buying a new one. Maybe we were just unlucky. We’ll see. Tried to contact the seller but no chance.

Does not remove any gunk and does not appear to do its job. We didnt return in time and now we are stuck with a useless product that is overpriced.

I saw no debris in the wash water. $100 - waste of money
