Verrry useful. My son plays ball and he loves it. Great for sunny days, it helps covers the arms since he doesn't slather spfs while in the dugout. At night, it's great for some chilly nights while waiting on his turn to play. Hubby loves it too. Great arm protection while driving and sitting on traffic. Overall, it's a great purchase.

These are great. The don’t slip off your upper arm and stay in place all day. I work 10 hours and they’ve held without slipping my entire shift. They’ve helped with dealing with the sun well and are super light. My arm doesn’t burn as much and it’s a pretty breathable fabric. I prefer buying these over Nike sleeves since they are pretty affordable and I get much more of them with this price.

I am sure these give some sun protection. I wore them for three hours of my four hour golf game. They were hot as soon as I put them on. When I took them off to cool down, there was a lot of sweet under them. It was good to get them off. I tried to cool one of them with water. Water runs off them.

The cooling system works great surprisingly. I got these for volleyball and after a while some of the sleeves did rip from diving on the floor but that was their purpose. They were a little long for me and did not fit tightly on the wrist. They also slipped a little which I didn't mind but other than that they were great.
