This eframe works well. It has a bright, clear display with lots of on board storages. The Frameo app and software work seamlessly to transfer photos from your device to the frame from anywhere, as long as as the frame had a wireless signal. Having said all that, the frame died after 6 months of use. I called the support number which connected me to a live support person right away. They took the info, asked for some other info (serial number, video of the stuck startup screen and Amazon order number). A week later I got an email from the tech department asking for a delivery address. A week later a new replacement arrived. Back in business. So, I recommend this eframe but advise you to back it up and save the support information.

I am not sure why some of the reviews have negative comments because all I have to say about this digital photo frame are positive. I've used digital photo frames in the past with mixed results but I like the way this frame is able to present so many photos for viewing. What really makes this convent is the ability to load digital photos from a memory card, directly from a computer or via WiFi. The quality of the photos are great, as long as good photos are uploaded. Generally around 80k to 100k are what I found worked best. Right out of the box you are able to load 10 photos at a time and video clips that are a max of 15 seconds long. But Upgrading to the Framo+, I think is worth the $16 a year price tag. Now I can upload 100 photos at a time and videos that are up to 2 minutes long. With a photo frame running a 2 minute video is really a long time, but it's available if I want it. I loaded 1,600 photos onto the frame before giving it to my wife for Mother's Day and I used less than 20% of the available memory so it will be awhile before we need to choose photos to be removed in order to make way for new ones. The backup feature is also pretty good, as you can backup daily to a memory card and/or to the cloud with Framo+. Going to run this one for awhile and if I continue to be pleased there might be a few more that find their way onto the walls of my home and gifted to my adult kids, grand kids and friends. So I do recommend this product. I really think this is money well spent

FRAMEO is the software company, and their software works with many different hardware vendors. In 2024, sharing photos from phone to the photo frame is nothing earth shattering. However, the software is lacking a very important basic feature. You CANNOT SELECT the photos you want to view in a slideshow. I have photos organized in folders by various events like kids' birthdays, graduations, wedding etc. I cannot choose which ones to display in the slideshow. I have thousands of pictures and this frame just goes through all of them either randomly or oldest first or newest first order. I have checked with FRAMEO support, and they confirmed that it is not possible to select photos for slideshow. Totally useless. Imagine having a music player where you cannot select which tracks to play and you have to listen to all of them. Other observations: To wake up the frame from sleep, there is no way but to press the power button in the back. If the frame is mounted on the wall, it will have to be pulled out of the mount as power button is flush with the back and really hard to find by touch and feel. The frame cannot be controlled by phone app. The phone app is just to be able to upload a whopping 10 photos at a time. For some reason, all the pictures that I have copied to the SD card are showing a date of September 10 2023 whereas they were all taken on various different dates. The frame has SD card slot and NOT microSD. So, a microSD card will need to be used with an adapter. There is no documentation on the hardware. There is a SD card slot, a USB slot, a power jack and another slot which I have no idea what it is for. Not impressed and cannot recommend. Not sure how it has so many positive reviews.

So I’ve had but this digital picture frame for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it. The setup was super easy — just plugged it in, connected it to WiFi, and downloaded the app. I love that I can send photos straight to it from my phone or even email them in. Makes it super convenient, especially when I want to add new pics and not use SD cards or USB drives. The screen is really nice, the image quality is sharp, colors look great, and it has a wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel. It’s also a touchscreen, which makes navigating settings and albums so much easier. Storage-wise, it comes with 32GB built-in, which is more than enough for hundreds (maybe thousands?) of photos and short videos. If you need more space, you can use a USB drive and SD cards too, a nice bonus. The auto-rotate feature works like a charm, and I like that it can be wall-mounted if I ever want to move it off the shelf. Right now it’s on a side table and fits in nicely with the rest of the decor. Overall, is functional, solid. Super easy to use, works exactly like I hoped, and it’s such a sweet way to keep my favorite pictures rotating throughout the day.

UPDATE 3/2026. Well they saw my review and after answering some questions and sending them some photos they replaced my Frameo with a brand new one! So two thumbs up for their customer service. The new frame has been working fine for a couple of months now. So I am going from one star to four! Well the Frameo SEEMED like it might be good. Sadly it’s a piece of crap. It was loaded up with pics and generally worked but if you needed to rotate a photo on it, it would prompt you to download the photos to the Frameo (they were on an external card). If it was able to actually perform this function (because I tried it several times and maybe it worked twice) the photos STILL could not be manipulated (rotated etc) which was aggravating. Now, Seven months later, it is locked up. It powers on, shows the FRAMEO startup screen and that’s it!! I have powered it off, unplugged it, powered it off without the card in it, etc etc. It had done some automatic updates recently and maybe that was the issue. After the updates were done I was unable to get it to connect to the WiFi, which it had been since I had purchased it. Anyway, I do not recommend! I’m going to see what other brands are out there and are actually good, and get one of those. Now it’s just an electronic billboard with the Frameo logo on it. Awesome!🙄

My mother has low vision. The size on this is perfect and she absolultey loves it. I live in a different state and can easily add more pictures for her.

Love it!. Sets on my bookcase and I can see all the pics clearly from my couch.

Don’t wait on this frame ! You will love yourself for purchasing it.

Poor quality n had to return it twice 1st port was not charging, device not working 2nd time display had scratches protector was removed in a sealed pack So had to request for refund

The frame is not getting “switched on” after connecting to the power supply. Why it was not quality tested before sending to customer. It was a Christmas gift but received much embarrassment after presenting it. 😞 Tried all the ways mentioned on the troubleshooting page. And alas, need to return it. Already raised a support ticket.
