Does it contain sulphur dioxide, or any sulphites?

Contains wine vinegar (sulphites) but in my opinion Belazu is superb - the best I've ever tasted.

Description states 'naturally sweet with no added flavourings, colours or preservatives' ingredients state 'contains sulphur dioxide/sulphites' ????

Hi got bottle in front of me ingredients are cooked grape must,wine vinegar (sulphites) acidity 6% min It is a lovely vinegar would not use in cooking as too good ideal for drizzling or for dipping we love it but not cheap but worth it lasts a long time if you let it!

Balsamic vinegar. If you like delicious, thick, sweet balsamic vinegar this is for you. The best. Lovely for drizzling on tomatoes or even strawberries.

Is it organic? And what olive oil to pair with for bread dipping?

It dosent say on the bottle organic.But the Balsamic has a density of 1.34 nice and thick. I have paired it with ALLIO a ultra premium Greek Extra Virgin Olive oil
