High quality. was a great place. It's fast. Took a chance on a name I didn't know, and it impressed me! High quality all metal smooth solid body, It's great to have this! It feels like it's not possible to break. Way better and cheaper than San Disk. I think Lexar is about the best. This seems even better and it's faster for less than 1/2 the price. Got Lucky I gues. Take chances on things that look good, some are, some aren't THIS IS A GOOD ONE , SAVES TIME, NOT GONNA BREAK...

I'm using it with a desktop PC AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processor in a USB4 (USB-C) port. It's fast! The SSK thumb drive is formatted in exFAT and my Roku TV has no problem reading it. All good! But here are a few things I don't like: The plugs fit tight. I mean, really really tight. It takes a firm grip to push them in and remove them again - from any socket. This of course raises the concern that I'll either break the socket or break the plug. The metal casing is smooth and slick which makes it difficult to grip. A small textured design on the surface would have made this task easier. There is no cap for the opposite end so you'll always have one end exposed making it susceptible to dust and damage. The drive becomes noticeably warm within just a few minutes of use. However, no fires have started. 😊 I like SSK and have switched over to them from another leading brand that I had been using for years. SSK have proven reliable in the short time I have been using them. Their drives are well built and have survived being dropped on the hard floor. So far, happy enough with my purchase.

No matter what laptop (surface pro, MacBookPro), desktop (AlienWare gaming pc) or phone/tablet i have plugged this into (and properly ejecting from each) it just keeps saying it needs to be Formatted before it can used. But when I've tried formatting it on any of the above devices the drive THEN says "this drive can not be formatted with write protection turned on" And since it won't let any known device in the universe access it i have no way to turn off write protection. So because I waited to long to use it and make sure it worked (it doesn't) now I'm stuck with more digital ewaste and a loss of the money I paid for this to just sit here and be garbage. I definitely do not recommend buying from this seller. It's better to be safe than sorry, like I am. I was able to get the flash drive to work by entering cmd prompt and using disk tools to clear the read-only status AND going into the key registry and also clearing the readonly setting by changing 0 to a 1. Restart and SOMETIMES it'll be an open and available disk to format just the once. Move files to the drive, eject use quickly in the next device to move files off. Most times it will still work if done immediately. If you wait any amount of time to remove the files from the drive it'll turn back into a confusing mess starting with thinking that it's 2 drives (D and E on my surface both can't be read or formatted so you get to start all over again. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS COMPLETE TRASH. YOU WILL REGRET IT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE COUNTING ON IT FOR STORAGE SINCE YOU'LL FIND YOURSELF HAVING TO FORMAT EVERY TIME YOU PUT IT INTO A DEVICE TO USE.

Solución muy útil para poder usar la memoria USB en todos los ordenadores y dispositivos. Yo usaba un adaptador en mi Surface y en mi Lenovo Yoga, pero esta solución es mucho mejor, más rápida y más segura. Esta memoria es de buena calidad y muy pequeña, fácil de transportar.

I have mixed feelings about this drive, but the company made it right. For the first 6 months, this drive was a beast—fast speeds, quiet, and worked perfectly. Then, out of nowhere, it just failed. I was obviously panicked, but I reached out to their support team. To their credit, the customer service was excellent. They didn't give me the runaround; they just verified the issue and sent me a brand-new replacement unit immediately. I really appreciate a company that stands behind its warranty. The Bottom Line: I'm giving this 4 stars because the support was 5-star, even though the hardware reliability was a bit scary. It works great when it works, but please learn from my experience: do not keep your only copy of important files on this drive alone. Use it, but back it up!
