Serotonin Brain Food, Mood Support w/ Tryptophan & Rhodiola Rosea, 60 Count

This stuff has been a miracle for me. I’ve had horrible mood swings and very high irritability caused by my birth control. I couldn’t even control it, felt helpless, and very unlike myself . I started these a couple weeks ago and they’ve made a world of difference. Very fast acting. I feel so much happier and have a much more positive attitude. I always joked I wish there was such thing as happy pills! Well I found them. These are a blessing!!! I was in such a bad bad state of mind to the point where I was so desperate to try anything so my mom gave me a sample of this. So I took it not expecting anything. Well let me just say I have never been this happy in my life. I'm a very balanced person too I eat well etc meditate. I ended up meditating 3 hours without moving this night and got things done! I have a bit of adhd so this helped me focus. I finally have my happy pills. I should say miracle pills please don't ever stop making these they are life changing.

I bought both 2 Serotonin and 2 of the Dopamine brain food supplements. They work for me some of the time. Dopamine only gives me a boost if I take it as needed, only one .. maybe 3 times a week. I tried taking it daily and it stopped working. Certain days nothing, other days it gave me a boost. It seemed better when it was intermittent. Serotonin I only take at night, it may be calming for sleep. Pricy. Still not sure how I feel about them.

Fills in the blanks. Thought processes improve with ease. No jitters. No odd feelings. Just a help for the rebalancing of a working mind.

I mean maybe at the first doses I felt more uplifted, but daily use in the morning dose nothing to help improve baseline emotional levels for me. Noticed nothing, unfortunately didn't aid in some move improvement with my workouts, just get magnesium, stretch, and breath.

This medication didn't work for me. I started taking it only 2 per day, in different times of the day. It gave me strong headache. After taking it for 2 days, the headache got worse and it gave me nightmares and alucinations. It was really scary. Didn't help with my serotonin levels. Maybe my body rejected it? I don't really know. The only thing I know is that medication didn't work for me at all. The seller answered my review and they gave me my money back. They really heard what I said and answered me promptly. What it was good.

This product has been a life changer for me! I suffer from a great deal of mental Illnesses and always hated the prescription meds. I felt chained to them with the constant stress of making sure I took them exactly on time because of the side effects and the constant appointments required by psychiatrists in order to get them. Not to mention the cost and stressors from the insurance company. I have been taking the serotonin and dopamine supplements for over two months and I feel better than I ever did on prescription meds. I don’t take the recommended dose, I o take 2 instead of 3 so the supply lasts for a full month. The pills are kind of big but I have no issues with swallowing them. I take all 4 at once with no issues, however I have never had issues swallowing pills. Th y are kind of expensive, but I started my subscription with a coupon which they continue to honor, plus I get a slight discount for subscribing. I pay around 60$ for both bottles monthly. For me it is worth, I have no intention of ever going back to prescription meds again. I am even considering trying the one that helps you sleep. Incredibly happy and satisfied customer.
