I have been involved in the supplement business for many years. I am a great believer in supplementation for many ailments and I find researching different herbs, vitamins and amino acids fascinating. I am sometimes amazed at how fast some products can work to counter the particular issue.Take this product as an example. I developed dry eye 7 months ago. Due to COVID, I could only get a telephone consultation with a nurse practitioner. They prescribed saline solutions. I did some research and simply pouring saline into the eyes will not cure the problem. I also found that large quantities of Omega 3 oils will also help tear viscosity/production. I began taking Omega oils. My eye was also inflamed and very sore. Whilst the Omega oils helped, they did not take away the swelling and pain. I kept researching and finally found a website that talked about using Alpha Lipoic Acid, NAC and this supplement to counter free radicals in the eye, cut swelling and fight damage. Cut a very long story short, I took all three tablets on an empty stomach. Within 2 hours the pain began to subside. By the third hour, my eyes began to water and the swelling began to decrease. Within 2 days the pain was completely gone and the eyes are on their way to being healed. It is quite some miracle.My advice is to take this wonder supplement, but before doing so spend some time researching exactly what it can do. Anyone with chronic illnesses could benefit from this incredible supplement. I cannot recommend it enough to help dry eye and associated swelling.

I take at night time because they seem to build some energy in me that I can’t seem to shift - this Is not what u want. Taken at night. On the first time I took these, they have helped me with my chronic fatigue with only taking 3 capsules. I can’t put it on anything else but my depression has also seemed to have lifted.

It’s works fine but the problem was when it finished, noticed I got darker almost immediately it finished and my hands got darker than they were before I started it. I would have definitely bought it again but don’t like how I got darker, I want a clearer skin not to get darker that I was before taking the it.
