It's been 4 months since I started using this toothpaste the reason why I bought because it's fluoride free but I realised my teeth are white and I don't have plaque anymore I was cleaning my teeth every 6 months 😅 but now I don't need to. I like it and I really recommend it 👌

Zahnpasta Tom's of Maine
Fluor ist doppelt so giftig wie Arsen - warum trotzdem in fast sämtlichen Zahnpasta in Deutschland immer noch Fluor drin ist, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Tom's of Maine habe ich bei einer Dienstreise in den USA vor 15 Jahren entdeckt, mir war aufgefallen, daß draufsteht: "Diese Zahnpasta enthält kein künstliche Süßstoffe". Habe ich mir gedacht: "Naja die Amis - Süßstoff in der Zahnpaste -die spinnen, die Römer". Dann habe ich bei meiner hochwertigen dt. Zahnpaste nachgelesen - "enthält Saccharide", also künstlichen Süßstoff. Seit dieser Zeit bitte ich die USA-Kollegen, mir diese Zahnpasta mitzubringen - ist dort auch deutlich billiger als in Deutschland.
