Worked on model 0067 1985 Ram Machinery 14” bandsaw.

I had to do some grinding on my curved bolt heads to get them to slide inside the trunnions, but I think the rough bolt finish was the reason the original trunnion broke. The finish is a little rough but they work smoother than the original ones.

This order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I replaced one side on my 30+ year old 14" jet bandsaw. the new trunnion was noticeably lighter that the original and weaker. The mounting holes matched and it was usable. It was necessary to do some grinding to get the original shoe clamp to fit. I don't tilt the table very often on this tool so it will probably work ok as long as I keep it clamped in place and don't adjust it too often. I don't object to having to grind the shoe a little bit since I wouldn't expect it to be spec'd out perfectly with the original. If I had it to do over, though, I would probably look through the reviews and find a product where the reviewer mentions that the metal seems stronger that the original rather than this one.

Fit perfect and solid quality. Needed it overnight and it got there to save the day.

I bought a used bandsaw that apparently had suffered a broken trunnion at one time. The previous owner had made some wooden, trunnion-shaped things that held the table fixed in the flat, level position but did not allow any tilt. I ordered these, took the wooden blocks out and installed these. Now my bandsaw is back in proper working order.FWIW, the bandsaw I bought is an "American Tools" brand made in the early eighties. Apparently it is parts-compatible with the Jet / Delta / etc...

Didn't have to do anything.
