How many grams should you give two chinchillas?

Twice as much as you should give one chinchilla. Seriously though, unless you have concerns about their weight i don't think you need to restrict this as it is part of their core diet and not a treat.

Is this food actually good for my chinchilla?

It's the best. The pretty, muesli type of food isn't as good nutritionally. We did loads of research when we got ours. They were about 10 and 12 when we got them and they lived another 7 and 8 years. They absolutely loved this food. We have the same brand for the rabbits, ferret and guinea pigs.

My chinchilla will only eat these, and she i ignoring the hay. She hasn't touched it. Can anyone recommend what i can do to help get her to eat hay?

It most likely Is the type of hay rather than these pellets. My little guys are really fussy about their hay & it's trial & error as to which one yours will love. Also try giving a lot less of this food than recommended. I only give my guys a small handful of food - about half the suggested portion, and they get fed once a night. They always eat their full portion & tonnes of hay - but as I said, it has to be the one they like. Try small packs of different brands until you find the best one for your little one.
