Will this help guineas that have a uri

This item is not made for the guineas to be a cure for URI problems.

How long does it keep?

I keep mine for as long as is needed, as does the rescue I help with. As it id dried food it does not go off. The only reason for the expiration date is that the vitamin C reduces over time past the date. This is only an issue for guinea pigs who do not make vitamin themselves. This is easily solved by feeding liquidized carrot. Always a good idea to have a bag in if you have small animals.

Hi. I thought this would be shipped from the UK, but now I see it was sent from the US. Will I have to pay for customs? I'm from Slovenia.

I have ordered a couple of these and have not had to pay customs. Also the company were very responsive and checked on my order delivery even before the delivery date!

Is this ok for hamsters

We tried a bit of the aniseed flavoured one on the hamster (cheaper sources) and she liked it (we’re force feeding the rabbit with the stuff from the vets). Bringing a hamster round from death’s door is tricky. We perked up our wobbly hamster by feeding the new Burgess pellets along with mixed food.
