Fabulous hairdryer, used by pretty much every hairdresser I've ever been to. Bought to replace my old Parlux which finally gave out after about 12 years long service in daily use! I thought I'd go for the slightly more expensive version this time for the weight reduction and I'm really happy to report that it is just as powerful as the old one, with a noticeable but not massive weight reduction. In conjunction with my ceramic barrelled round bristle brush (GHD), it leaves my shoulder length thick frizzy hair straight and silky in 10 minutes without the need for any straightening irons afterwards. At the price I think it is so worth the money, especially since I gave up the GHD straighteners years ago and they are more expensive than this, plus I don't have any breakage of my hair with this method where the straighteners were really bad for hair condition. If you're thinking of buying just do it you won't regret it. Can't recommend enough!

Excellent! I have fine hair that I'm useless at styling. I used to rely on a straighter to try and tidy up the mess I made of drying it but this dries my hair so quickly that I no longer need a straighter as it dries it in the exact direction that I want. No fly away bits. Several people have asked me if I've gotten my 'hair done'. It's very light, powerful and quick but not noisy. I LOVE it and would never be without again. Worth every penny.

Best hair dryer I have ever owned and I've had quite a few. I have shoulder length, thick coarse hair which is difficult to style. Even after years of practice, it would still feel a big job to wash and style my hair. Not anymore. I thought I was being way to extravagant buying a dryer at this price, but I can honestly say that I don't regret it now I have it. It is amazing. This wee machine is so light and yet so powerful and it has halved the time it takes to do my hair. Cool blast is great as well so I don't get too hot anymore either. I am a total convert and will recommend this hair dryer to anyone. I'm so happy.

I hate the colour but my wife loves the colour. I think the machine is far too powerful for a man's hair even on the lowest setting but my wife loves the power it produces for her hair. We are never going to agree on this one are we so here are the facts as I see them given I am writing this review.....! It is a powerful machine, comes in a range of colours and comes with 2 nozzels in the pack to direct air flow/heat intensity. I dont need a nozzel at all to be honest but my wife assures me she needs both of them and most women will too! Comes with a long cable so even if you have the dryer plugged in at floor level you can stand up and dry your hair easily rather than crouch down on all fours at a mirror It's also very good for getting rid of dust on the bedroom furniture when its your turn to dust the bedroom, full blow power and dust gone in a jiffy! Success all round then I think!

This hairdryer has a European plug and I wanted the U.K. plug. I didn’t realise and it doesn’t say on description it has a European plug that I could see clearly? I’ve had to return this product.

Bought this hairdryer to replace a Parlux hairdryer which I have had for a very,very long time. The Parlux 385 is light and wonderfully powerful. I have very thick wavy hair and this dryer left it looking as if I had just walked out of the hair salon. It may be more expensive than a lot of hairdryers but it is worth every penny. I would recommend it.

This is without a doubt the best hair tool I have ever had, I have had straighteners, blowing brush things, curling irons you name it, but I was never really satisfied with the results, the irons for instance flatten yes, but flatten the life out of my hair! For anyone trying to decide I think the key is what is your hair like to begin with? For instance on my daughters fine straight hair, it didn't look any different. However on mine it performs miracles! My hair is thick, there is tonnes of it, (hairdressers always comment and seem quite surprised how long it takes to dry) it's frizzy and has weird kinks all over the place, previously it always looked better the day after washing when it had calmed down a bit. This dryer basically blows it straight, but straight with some 'life'. I have not really needed to use my straighteners and it's very quick too.

Siempre he usado está marca y no lo cambio es un secador que dura años. Vale la pena gastarse un poquito más y comprar calidad.

Great....but I did have to return it because it was a European plug and can't risk using the adapter to change it for plugs here in Canada. They were quick to help me and quick at processing the refund!
