Dijeron que el artículo era nuevo y pagué el precio de una unidad nueva. Pero lo que me enviaron era un artículo usado, tal vez incluso reacondicionado. Hay áreas de pintura desgastada y rayones en el soporte de plástico para los pies. Las almohadillas para el cuello parecen nuevas porque están envueltas en plástico. Las instrucciones son una hoja de papel normal que se imprimió con una impresora de inyección barata. No te dice cómo ajustar los ángulos de los pies. Funciona y lo conservaré. Pero no me gusta pagar precio de nuevo por un equipo usado.

I have cervical disc herniation. So using this machine definitely helps alleviate the pain in my neck. I used to have one that had a pump which I kinda liked better than the dial on this one. Because when it released it released slowly. This one releases fast, so if there is an improvement suggestion, I would say the air pump is better, but I still love this one

It works. Well made. Easy to operate. Overpriced. About double to what it should be.

Haven't even had it 6 months and it quit working. Can no longer turn the knob to get it ro move up. Tried support and videos on how to fix since I didn't purchase additional warranty. The support wasn't anything about what was wrong with it. Would not purchase again. Will buy the other model I purchased before. More expensive but has been working without issue for almost 2 years. Brand: Comfort trak i believe. Way better unit.

The apparatus works great. I wish it would pull further up. My lower neck and upper back feel much better. The quality is good.
