So easy to lose the insert....
This fit my no-name tripod, easily. Very slight play in the fit. I could probably take up a bit of slack with duct tape, but I don't think it would make a difference. Happy with the purchase. Restored the utility of my tripod for not much money.

They work
Despite me order a size 2mm too small, these are definitely made well and can be use though a little loose. Should have ordered the 43mm.
