Mosaic & Glass Tile Nipper

Used to resize some mosaic tiles and seemed to work very well.

I bought these for my sister as a birthday present as she was starting a ceramics course. She has told me that she has found these cutters to be good, they nip and cut well through ceramics and glass, and are also good for shaping. They appear to be strong and easy to use. Overall, I think they were a great gift.

These work very well with glass mosaic tiles and are great value compared to other online mosaic shops. Only issue was the very slow delivery but they did apologies several times and gave me the chance to cancel the order. My kitchen walls are looking fab now the tiles are up thanks to these I could cut the tiles to fit corners etc.

Cuts well, but the handles are rather short. The spring in the middle constantly pops out, as there is no stop to how wide the nippers can open.

These were bought along wiht the sliverline tile nippers and these are definitely superior. I bought both sets not for general tiling, but for mosaic work. The Silverlines work well with the Vitrex mosaic pieces which are already pre scored so you can cut them smaller if you wish,these work well with everything! Ceramic, Vitrex, shells, you name it, they are good. For precision I'm still scoring ceramic tiles first if I want a clean cut, but these really are great and have made the work so much easier. Would definitely recommend getting a pair of these if you are considering any type of mosaic work with mixed media.

Excellent! I use these for fused glass and these pliers are superb, a hefty device with a bit of weight behind them so you can feel confident no matter the thickness of the glass or ceramic you are nipping.I've seen these exact pliers for a much higher price on various glass websites so these are a real bargain

I bought these on recommendation and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Good cutting action and easy to use. I use them to cut glass for fusing and they are lovely.
