I bought this as a last resort to watch tv quietly it’s ok but rather largeYou have to persevere to adjust to some squealing I have nowJust wish it was tinier

These couldn't be sent to me in Cyprus, so I had to make a special arrangement for a friend to pick them up when visiting the UK over Christmas. On receipt, I found the two charging units were two pin (continental) so I had to use 2 adaptors to fit my English 3 pin sockets!!! I had my doubts about the discreteness of these hearing aids (can't tell relative size from the picture) and the ad claim 'So Small It's Barely Visible!'. Anyway, once they were full charged (couple of hours) I put them in my ears AND THEY STUCK OUT A MILE!!! They didn't pick up sounds too well either. But you get what you pay for I suppose. Ended up having them couriered back to the UK (further expense) but in fairness part of the courier charge was reimbursed. This little exercise left me about 50% out of pocket after courier charges were taken off the full refund. Not big bucks but a lesson learnt

This product is let down by an incorrect image of what is supplied. It has a flimsy charge holder on which the latch becomes detached. It needs a two pin adapter to work at all. the hearing aid works fine but is let down by stupid faults.

the item itself was ok, but it was advertised as very small and would fit in ear comfortable,but it turned out to be too big to fit in my ear,so it was useless

This works really well, my mum is very pleased with it. At its lowest volume it helps her now, so its future-proofed.

These were not as small as I was led to believe. I do not use them now as they are uncomfortable
