What do these people want for £24, solid oak and fully assembled? It took me 20 minutes to assemble including unpacking the contents of the carton (I timed myself). The PICTURE instructions were very straight forward to anyone with any practicle knowhow and the assembly was very easy, (yes I did have to use a little persuasion to align the screws with the holes but it was minimal). The whole assembly is tight and stands solid on the floor. The overall effect is that it is of good quality and my wife and I are very pleased with the stand. I fully recommend this item (to anyone with a very basic knowledge of self assembling of furniture. Review: Easy to assemble and very sturdy - Bought as a present for my mother, she likes the way it can hold many coats including heavy ones and sits under the open staircase. The dark wood finish is a nice touch and looks great. It has a good weight to it. ## Features - A stylish way to store your coats, hats and umbrellas whilst keeping them within easy reach - Featuring twelve hooks and an umbrella holder to keep your home organised and free of clutter - This practical and durable tree stand is made from solid birch wood with a dark brown mahogany finish - Care instructions: wipe clean with a soft cloth - do not use abrasive cleaners - Product dimensions: 184 x 48 x 48 cm ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000ZUA6UY | | Best Sellers Rank | 472,490 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 290 in Coat Racks (Home & Kitchen) | | Brand | Premier | | Colour | Mahogany | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars (1,098) | | Finish | Chrome,Chrome Finish,Cream,Mahogany Finish | | Frame Material | Wood | | Furniture Finish | Mahogany | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05018705538198 | | Installation Type | Free Standing | | Is Assembly Required? | Yes | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 43.3D x 50W x 183H centimetres | | Item Type Name | Coat Stands | | Item Weight | 2.6 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Premier Housewares | | Material | Mahogany | | Model Number | 2401008 | | Number of Shelves | 1 | | Part Number | 2401008 | | Special Features | With Umbrella Holder | | UPC | 123456719477 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Premier - **Colour:** Mahogany - **Installation type:** Free Standing - **Material:** Mahogany - **Product dimensions:** 43.3D x 50W x 183H centimetres ## Images ![Premier Housewares Floor Standing Coat Stand, Mahogany Finish, 184 cm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71jTwMiDkmL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Hi, is the central pole 1 piece or does it undo into shorter pieces? Thanks** A: Hi it comes as 2 separate pieces split under top hat hook set up **Q: Hi would you please let me know the weight of the coat stand? Thanks!** A: 2.5 kilos **Q: Is this rack made of wood or metal please?** A: It's made of wood, painted white which you assemble yourself **Q: Are all 6 arms meant to connect to the ring? The ring only has 3 holes so 3 arms are loose and just screwed to the pole.** A: The bottom ring has 3 holes for the 3 legs and the top ring has 6 holes for the 6 arms. The dark wood finish is a nice touch and looks great. It has a good weight to it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ great delivery..... not so great quality *by R***K on 5 February 2013* Very impressed with the delivery of this item. I placed my order on a Wednesday night and the goods were delivered Saturday morning.. The product itself however, I am not overly impressed with.. It is darker in colour than the beech advertised, it is poorly finished.. like an earlier review, I found the screw holes to be misplaced and in some cases non-existent.. I finally managed to finish building it, with lots of fiddling and a few blisters.. looks good once finished, but I am very wary about hanging coats on it as it feels as if it would break.. Overall, is it worth the price paid for it? Yes, it is.. is it worth the nearly £50.00 the seller claims it should be? Definitely not.. ## Frequently Bought Together - Premier Housewares Floor Standing Coat Stand, Mahogany Finish, 184 cm - Pukka Pad Jotta A5 Notebook JM021 - Pack of 12 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/48744715-premier-housewares-floor-standing-coat-stand-mahogany-finish-184-cm](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/48744715-premier-housewares-floor-standing-coat-stand-mahogany-finish-184-cm) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
