we have a outside porch we have a old milk can that we placed this wooden game board on. My kids love this wooden game and the pieces have a place to set them in so you don't loose them. This wooden board sits outside and my first one lasted for years. I love this wooden checkers board and this company. The way it is made is great for a outdoor game night no pieces get lost, and IT lasts for a long time. very happy with it.

My grandson wanted me to teach him how to play checkers so I pulled out the old cardboard checkers board. We enjoyed it so much (he picked it up quickly and beat me 3/5 games) that I decided to but a wooden board to pass along to my family some day. Beautiful board, great checkers and holder for them. It's sits on my kitchen table for quick pick up games with my husband. Highly recommend.

I love this check or so and so does my son I’ve actually given it as if your birthday gifts for friends kids. It’s really good quality. I love the checker pieces fit into little slots on the board and it’s held up pretty well. We’ve had it for almost 6 months in the paint has not shipped which is nice.

However, there needs to be a way to not only store your checkers when not in use but also to keep them in place when they're placed into their package. When I pulled the game out to play again all the checkers fell out into the box and some all over my floor where I had to play hide and seek to find them. All in all the quality is good however.
