Almost Perfect EDC Pen
I was uncertain as to whether I would like this pen. Although I have devoted significant time towards researching the perfect EDC pen, this is my first bolt action pen. The bolt mechanism feels smooth to me but benefits from a very light application of silicone oil around the friction points. I took the advice of other reviews here and added Loctite to the bolt screw. The titanium offers a different feel than the aluminum pen bodies I am used to, but I really like it. This pen is also shorter than most of the other pens I have had, but I have medium-sized hands and this is long enough to still fit quite comfortably. At 0.39", the diameter is also smaller compared to other pens; however, I prefer this narrower diameter to the 0.5" diameter pens I am used to. I say this pen is almost perfect because I have not found an equivalent to the Pilot G2 refill in terms of reliability and smoothness of writing. With some modification to the Pilot G2 refill and a slightly shorter spring, this pen will accept a Pilot G2 refill - making it perfect. It is not designed or advertised as being compatible with a Pilot G2 refill and so very much earns its 5-star rating.Great quality pen made of excellent materials. Smooth bolt mechanism. Accepts ISO G2 or Parker-Style G2 refills for which there are many ink and tip thickness variants available. The only thing that would make this better is if it accepted Pilot G2 refills without modification. Overall, fantastic EDC pen and well worth the investment.

Needs a bit of grease but a nice solid pen
Contains a pretty nice gel ink cartridge. The action is pretty easy to work, although a drop of threadlocker on the knob, and a drop of silicone grease on the action may be required. A bit smaller than a normal pen, but not so small as to seem miniature. Very pocketable - a good EDC pen.

Not good value for the money
I've been trying out lots of EDC gear for about 2 years now. This has been the first item I've returned. Most of the time, even if it's not something I love or want to use daily, I'll still keep in a day bag or gift it to someone. With this pen, I'd honestly rather have my money back. The pen feels cheap. Not in a "lightweight things are cheap" kind of way, in a "This feels like a pen you accidentally stole from the bank teller" way. The spring is squeaky, the bolt scrapes the sides and feels unpleasant, the threads aren't well machined and feel horrible when disassembling, and the clip jams on the buttcap making it difficult to twist apart. If you really want a lightweight titanium pen Big Idea Design is a better way to go. If you just want a good pen, Smootherpro is awesome. I have purchased no less than 5 of their pens and they're all great. Heavy brass, smooth action, machined well, and feel good in the hand. Plus, way more affordable and I get many complimentsTL;DR This pen feels cheap, but isn't. Not worth the money

Superior in almost every way. Great pen. Great material. Perfect size.
This pen is so close to perfect, I hesitate to criticize any part of it. Only one problem, the bolt action pin started coming loose the first day. Some Loctite Red solved the problem. But why on earth would they not use this to begin with? If I wasn't paying attention this pin could have come loose and been lost. For something so well engineered and made, this is a stupid mistake. But keeping things in perspective, I like this so much I bought a second one just cuz.

Good size. Writes well.
Very good pen. Love the size. Lately I have been getting a little bit of ink leakage and not sure where it's coming from. Writes well though
