How do you do the combination ? I have been trying all day !following the manual ,which by the way is completely different to what is on the safe ?

Press the black bottom on the inside type the code u want a six digit code then press E try that hope it helps feel free to message me again if that don't work

It no longer lets me open the door when am entering the right code, how am i meant to open it as the keys are inside lol!

Just got mine opened by simultaneously tapping the top and turning the handle. I opened it in 2 min
