This is a nice little gadget, easy to heat up and only uses about 450W. It stays heated for a reasonable time but probably not the stated time. I would like it to have been a little hotter too, but they probably don't want people burning themselves with it! It's easy to attach the adapter to "charge" it and make it hot, from cold it can take up to 10 minutes but usually quicker if slightly warm. Well worth the price I think.

Very happy (at the moment) It's a great handwarmer, and heats very quickly. I have noticed it sounds like a kettle boiling though, so I don't like to leave it heating too long. It gets quite hot.

I cant believe how well these electric hot water bottles work. They produce a very good heat that lasts for hours. No more dangerous kettles of boiling water! Very easy to use.

As someone who is somewhat accident prone, being able to use a hotwater bottle that doesn't need boiling water is a huge relief.I just plug it in, and between 10 - 20 minutes later (depending on how cold it is before plugging on) I am able to enjoy the use of the hot water bottle.The neck one is great after a long drive, or my partner uses it when he's had to walk around looking up for his work most of the day.I would absolutely recommend.

Bought these last December worked well for a few weeks but then stopped heating, contacted seller who said as it was out of 30 day warranty and would not replace or refund, it was still well within 1 year, but seller wouldn't help, it cost over £30, money that I don't have to waste particularly living in a cost of living crisis - only buy if you are happy with a 30 day warranty

Would habe had 5 star but they wernt the same make. I ordered crystal brand, but the neck one wasnt that brand. It smells plasticy for the first 3 heat ups. But good product.
