VOLTRX Electric Protein Shaker Bottle - USB Rechargeable Mixer Cup for Shakes and Meal Replacements, BPA-Free Tritan, 24oz

Been using this product for several months now and can safely report back that it is incredibly durable, practical and effective. I charged it initially when I bought it and have used it upwards of 50 cycles and have not needed to recharge it yet. The shaker blends protein powders very well (I use orgain and transparent labs). The design is sanitary, with the ability to disassemble components and clean seals and gaskets. Personally this is the best selling point for me as you can clean it very thoroughly with a sponge and do not need a long brush to clean it like with traditional protein shaker bottles.

UPDATE: One thing that makes a brand a great one, is one that takes care of customers even after-sale. Shortly after my review, I was contacted by a Vortx associate, inquiring more about the battery failure of my shaker., which they kindly and quickly replaced for a new unit. I loved the fact that they addressed the issue directly and not like other companies that only contact you stating that if you have any further comment you can communicate with them, not even caring about the issue. Not Voltrx, they addressed the issue and asked about the specifics since the beginning and provided me with a solution from the very start. That for me, is more than enough to give them 5 stars for caring enough for their costumers. Will definitely keep buying from this brand. I liked the fact that the mixer bottle was easy to clean, you could remove the rubber seals for cleaning, and also the ones that came with the cap. The electric mixer was strong enough to mix most of workout supplements like pre-workout drinks and so, bur for some proteins, it always left some undissolved lumps of protein. That I wasn't such a big deal for me and still thought it was a good product, until almost exactly a year after purchase, the mixer started to turn on on its own randomly and suddenly it stopped working and won't charge at all, so apparently the electrical component died on itself without reason, so its a cheap electric product that apparently won't last too long. That's why I give it 2 stars only I'll definitely look for another brand that at least has a bit more quality to it.

It's got a plastic stirring piece, not sharp or made of steel. It's not a blender, just a mixer. It's designed to replace those blender bottles with the wire ball inside. It's cheaper than those too (Depending on the exact bottle you get), so if you're just looking to mix powders, this is a good choice. **How It Works:** The mixer has a fairly weak electric motor at the base of a plastic cup (Plenty strong to mix protein powders!! Just not a blender!). You fill it with water about three-quarters full, turn it on, and let it create a vortex. Then, you add your protein powder or drink mix. It mixes everything quickly and thoroughly in about 10 seconds. It's super convenient for getting powdery drinks blended without the hassle of using a spoon or shaking a bottle for ages. **Quality and Durability:** While it's a handy tool, the quality isn't top-notch. The battery isn't removable, and the motor is likely pretty cheap. I mena, these cost less than the company that just put a wire ball in a plastic bottle, so, this is too be expected. The USB-C charging port is covered with a rubber insert you take out to charge it, but it will wear down over time. The button feels solid enough, but it's clear that there are quality improvements to be had in the base. This makes it more repairable than expected, earning it a five-star review. --- PostScript review --- **Battery Access and Replacement:** While writing my review for the Vortex Blender Bottle, I discovered something pretty cool about its battery. Initially, I thought the battery wasn't replaceable, but I decided to check out the base of the blender. It turns out, the rubber feet on the bottom are actually removable, and not just sticky ones you can't put back. You can easily take them out and put them back in. Underneath those feet, there are four screws that are super easy to remove. Once I unscrewed them, I found an 18650 battery inside the base. If you're familiar with 18650 batteries, you'll know they're one of the most common rechargeable lithium-ion batteries out there. They're used in a lot of things, including the original Teslas and even some new ones. Most electric vehicles (EVs) use them, at least until new battery tech comes around. So, if you're comfortable with how these batteries work and how to replace them, you could swap it out. Just remember, not all 18650 batteries are interchangeable, so you need to know what you're doing. Even though the company doesn't sell a replacement battery, getting into the cup is so easy that I'd say it's replaceable, at least by someone who knows what they're doing. You could even take it to a repair shop for help. **Final Thoughts:** Finding out that the battery is accessible and potentially replaceable really changes things for me. I thought the battery was the weakest point of the blender, but now that I know it can be replaced, I'm giving the Vortex Blender Bottle a five-star review. It's a great product, especially with this newfound somewhat unofficial repairability.

I bought this due to a combo of sendentary lifestyle conditions I live in due to, well, I'm not able bodied. Not that you could tell if you saw me walking down the street due to a reaaaaaally high metabolism, either way, I consume a lot, and I mean a lot, of g-fuel and occasionally a lot of meal replacement drinks. Issue is that due to arthritis in my hands that I've had since I was at least 25, certain times of the year, even typing can be a painful task, let alone shaking a shaker bottle a ton of times a day. The product came in a box with minimal padding, not an issue because it's of a sturdy design, and, they packed the "delicate" base in the top of the lid which suspends it, which would serve to easily avoid a bunch of damage that'd usually happen due to things rattling around. Like I said above, the bottle is of solid material, higher quality than most shaker bottles I've paid too much money for, has a handy easy screw lid and could absolutely be taken anywhere you'd want to take a shaker bottle. the base that does the stirring needs to be screwed into the bottom by the user, once screwed in, though, I've not had any leaks to speak of, and given how easy cleaning is, I do not anticpate the need to remove the base for anything at all, so, I don't see one developing from wear and tear either. the bottle is aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use, the mixer definitely does its part too. I haven't tested it with the meal replacement stuff (I have some Huel, so I'll test it with that since Huel is thicker than most protein shakes I've had over the years and update this reveiw if there are any issues). Operation of the mixer is simple. Press the power button and it does the mixing. Mixing doesn't take too long either, and, if you feel things are properly mixed earlier than its cycle ending, then simply tapping the button again stops it. The charging port is USB-C and behind a waterproofing plug of rubber or similar silicone material that's usually used for waterproofing. The operation can be a bit loud, not "OMFG I'm two rooms away and I just pissed off/woke up my spouse and now I'm going to die a horrible death." loud, but, loud enough that it's noticeable, although, that isn't always the case, I think that the noise was coming from me adding the mix before the water and it getting up under the stirrer, but, I could be mistaken. I don't regret the purchase at all. ... this product also has the distinction of being the only product I've bought where the translation for the card on the inside of the box that asks you to register the product made me chuckle for about 5 minutes, partially because the translation was not bad, but you could definitely tell it was a translation, and it said "If you register now you will get: 1. An extension to an 18 month warranty 2. World Class Customer Service. And More..." I mean..., what's this "And More..." with ellipses and what does it elude to? A treasure? Free products? A lifetime of serving the tyrannical Flying Spaghetti Monster? A portal to a hidden world that's just on the other side of my walk in closet? Dear warranty registration request card, I MUST KNOW. Either way, I can't help but chuckle at it just thinking about it... it's... probably the cutest bit of Engrish I've ever read lol. It genuinely made my dark day just a bit brighter. All in all, this product is an easy recommend from me if you can afford it. Its quality is good, it's sturdy, is water/leak proof like it says it is, is easy to clean (warm water and dish soap into the bottle, turn the mixer one, dump it out and rinse) and the graphic design for the box has all the info you need to operate the device. ( I mean, it's literally one button operation. I cannot comprehend how someone would be able to mess that up... but, then again, Facebook and TikTok are both things that exist... so, there's bound to be someone that stupid somewhere). If you can buy it, go for it, it'll save your hands and wrists that extra bit of wear and tear.

Been using this for a year now at the same $19.99 price I paid originally, which is always appreciated. Consistent pricing on a product you actually like makes reordering or gifting it a no-brainer. For protein shakes and meal replacements it handles the job cleanly and the 24oz size is practical for most uses without being bulky. The USB-C charging is honestly what pushed this over the top for me as a daily on-the-go item. At this point most people have more USB chargers lying around than they know what to do with — in the car, at the desk, in a bag — so being able to top this up anywhere without hunting for a proprietary charger or a set of batteries is genuinely convenient. The battery life is solid too, so you're not charging it constantly. The BPA-free Tritan construction feels durable, and the waterproof base means you're not babying it around liquids. Cleaning is straightforward once you separate the motorized base from the cup. For the price it's a practical, well-thought-out product that makes a small but noticeable improvement to a daily routine.

I purchased the bottle a couple of months ago and it worked very well from the beginning. It's great for mixing protein powder with liquid (e.g., water, soy/almond milk), but don't expect it to chop ice as it doesn't have enough power to do that. The bottle eventually started leaking from the lid which is mentioned in other reviews. I contacted customer service and their response was timely and the service was outstanding. They sent me a replacement within a couple of days. It's one of the best customer service experiences I've had. This is the reason I upped my review to 5 stars. What caused the leakage? Inside of the cap to the lid, there's a grey piece that somehow came off. It wasn't obvious to me until customer service sent me a picture.

After 6 months, the base stopped working. Stuff happens. I emailed customer service and they issued a replacement quickly without a lot of questions or paperwork. Very satisfied with their professionalism and the replacement

I just got this, and I absolutely love it. I wasn't expecting something to put a big ass grin on my face like when I used this to mix my first drink. It's silly, I know, but oh well! I've had issues with shaker bottles in the past, usually leaking from day one, even if a little. So far, this has been leak proof. The lid closure is also a bit different from what I've used in the past but this is a nice twist on it (literally and figuratively). I like the color of the one I got, I actually forgot I changed it from the orange so it was a good surprise! The size is good, holding a max of 20oz (600ml), it has a line for the max fill for mixing, though I imagine that's with the lid off? Honestly, not really sure. I will say you should probably listen to it, if you go to the max 20oz line instead of the roughly 15oz line, you're probably going to end up with it coming out the top. With the lid on though, didn't have any issue. Now, I do have two minor gripes, very minor and not enough to remove a star for by any means. First, the design of the bottom of the cup has a lip. Which is probably necessary to ensure a good seal, but it also creates an issue when washing by hand. As soon as you put this under a faucet with the bottom tilted toward you, it hits that lip and launches the water right at you. My shirt is still drying as I write this. Still, it is a minor issue and just something I need to be mindful of in the future. Second, the flip top doesn't have any kind of stop when ... scratch that, just looked a little closer. There are a couple little nubs that if you open the flip a little beyond where it initially stops, it will friction stay in place so you don't get the contents still in the cap on your face when it comes back to smack you XD. I'm not sure that was the intent and do worry about it wearing down the material over time, but it works, and maybe I'll just learn to keep it propped with a finger so I don't have to worry about that.

I’d been looking forward to trying this one, and it didn’t disappoint. The mixing performance is genuinely impressive – my protein shakes come out smoother than with any regular shaker I’ve owned, with no annoying clumps left behind. It already came with me to the gym on its first day. The design is well thought out too. I really like the threaded lid, and the overall shape feels comfortable to hold and drink from. Cleaning is also much easier than a traditional shaker because there’s no plastic mixing ball or mesh insert to remove and wash separately. A quick rinse is often all it needs. It also looks much better than most shaker bottles, which is a nice bonus. The only thing I’d change is the size. At 680 ml it’s fine for a standard shake, but I’d happily buy a 1-litre (or even larger) version for days when I want to mix more than one serving or add extra ingredients.

The build quality is excellent and it’s very easy to clean. On top of that, the customer support has been amazing — The customer support team was kind, quick to respond, and very helpful. I really appreciate both the product and the service. Highly recommended!
