I received the matcha starter kit and was happy with my purchase and delivery. Unfortunately the whisk fell apart in my hands while I was using it one morning and while disappointed, I simply thought 'oh well'. Browsing through my emails one afternoon, I left feedback, which I don't usually do, expressing my disappointment with the whisk, not really expecting anything and recieved a response from teaologists. This morning a replacement whisk arrived, with a small satchet of free matcha and a chocolate bar. There goes my healthy eating pledge for the week. Happily munching my chocolate as I leave this feedback. Again prompt delivery and GREAT customer service. Thanks Richard and Teaologists!

Excellent products, packaging and pricing...
I am so pleased with my Matcha Green Tea set and really looking forward to making then taking the time to put it to good use. Of course it does help with being the perfect start to my new experience of proper tea drinking having the perfect, equipment to enjoy it with.No problems with packaging or service, I will use them again for all my traditional tea products.
